Terms & Conditions
1. Menu selection must be finalized 2 weeks prior to the event. A $500.00 deposit is require at time of booking.
2. Final number of guaranteed guests to be confirmed at least 5 business days prior to the event by 4:00pm, for planning and billing purposes.
3. Billing will be based on the guaranteed number of guests or the actual number of meals served above the guarantee.
4. Prices are subject to applicable taxes plus a 15% service charge will be added to all scheduled food and beverage.
5. All food and beverage products must be purchased from the Stanley Bridge Country Resort. Alcoholic beverages and food products must not be brought into areas that are licensed within the facility.
6. Invoice payment policy is payment at time of event, with 10.0% interest charged monthly on overdue accounts.
7. Dietary restrictions are easily accommodated when prior requests have been made.
8. With the rental of any meeting room you shall receive note pads, pens, ice water, glasses. Audio visual equipment is available from the Resort upon request.
9. Stanley Bridge Country Resort reserves the right to change function locations if necessary.
10. Prices for food and beverage quoted 6 months or more in advance of the scheduled event are subject to change up to a maximum of 10%.
11. Host Bar totals are subject to a 15% service charge
12. Check in time for accommodation is 3:00 pm. Check out time is 11:00 am.

13. Stanley Bridge Country Resort reserves the right to inspect and control any private function held within the Resorts facilities. The organizer for any function shall be held responsible for the event and for any damages occurring as a result of their event or their guests. Stanley Bridge Country Resort shall not be responsible for loss or damages to any personal property or equipment left in the Resort prior to, during or after the function.
14. The Stanley Bridge Country Resort offers a smoke free environment. Failure to comply with our “smoke free” policy will result in a $250.00 surcharge to your account.
15. Cancellations not received at least six (6) months prior to the scheduled event will be subject to a Cancellation Fee of 25% of all anticipated revenue. Cancellations not received at least three (3) months prior to the schedules event will be subject to a Cancellations Fee of 50% of all anticipates revenue. Cancellations not received at least one (1) month prior to the scheduled event will be subject to a Cancellations Fee of 100%.
