Should have known from the start that this company was not trustworthy...
They had promised, last February, after we paid 50% deposit, hat they would come see the venue where we were going to put the big top event tent. We received an email about 1 month before the wedding saying the quote was no longer valid since we did not reserve anything yet.... this got us a little nervous. Turned out they sent it by mistake. They then came to see the venue and we adjusted what we wanted..... big top, tables, chairs, lighting..... it took at least 4 different e-mails before they got it right..... they kept sending us quotes for the wrong equipment. The day they were to install the big top, they asked us to be present. they sais they would come at 11 am....... They showed up at 5:30 pm... no one called us to say they would be later.... don't you think that 2 days before a wedding, a customer has other things to do than wait around for them to show up? They put up the tent and floor and had the tables and chairs sent later that evening. We had to ask them to come back to adjust the floor as it was really crooked and unstable..... they wanted $800 extra for that...... To top it all off, the day they were scheduled to take down the tent, they showed up, again, 6 hours later than planned, again no phone call to say when to expect them.... When we spoke to the crew, they said to talk to the boss because they have heard it over and over from other customers before and nothing ever changes.... when we spoke to Sebastien Dugas, he said this was an unusual mishap and that we need to understand this is a rush period for them.... he was not very sorry at all and when we explained that at least a phone call would be appreciated, he said this was not in their practice..... as a result, after spending more than $4000.00 we did not feel respected at all. All they want is the money, and you get what you get.... what ever..... So please do not rent through them.

We worked with ABP just before Covid and it was awesome ! Everything was in order, the installation was clean and so nice and we had an excellent service from Lisette. We recommand you to work with them, they are professional !
