Above and beyond!

The best decision I ever made was hiring Sarah! We hired her for the design/execution, setup/takedown, and also used many of her rental items! I cannot stress this enough, do NOT hesitate to hire her if you are looking for help with decor/design. I met with a few different decorators prior to meeting Sarah and I instantly knew that she would be the perfect fit! She helped me with everything from designing our wedding decor, vendor sourcing, signage printing, organization, and prep for the day-of! I didn't have to worry about a single thing on our wedding day. She is so kind and professional and has such a passion for what she does! She really gets excited about helping you plan your special day and she really helped me with some stressful/difficult decisions I had to make. She was so patient and flexible with me, even when I had some last-minute changes come up. I honestly don't know what I would have done without her! I had an idea of the look/theme I wanted and she brought it life! My jaw hit the floor when I walked into our wedding reception. I cannot thank her enough for everything! We love you Sarah!!!

Amazing tables and helped to bring my vision to life!!!

Sarah and the Beholden team were exceptional in helping bring my wedding vision to life. She is incredibly professional and well versed in event planning. She has such a genuine passion for helping others create their dream day. Their tables are really well built and are perfect for a rustic but classy feel. They go well with everything! I was so happy with my experience with Sarah and Beholden.

Beholden Event Design + Decor came to life in 2018 when founder Sarah, planned her own Tofino-based nuptials. Sarah's background in corporate events, along with her longstanding passion for all things design and decor, combined to bring her wedding vision to life.

When the wedding was over, Sarah realized how much she truly enjoyed the process and satisfaction of seeing her vision become reality. Inspired to help others have a similar experience, she began renting out the harvest tables they had designed and built for their own wedding, turning their labour of love into a small business.

Regardless of the scope or size of an event, Sarah strives to give her very best to her clients, ensuring they feel listened to and supported as she works tirelessly to help them bring their vision to life.
