I don’t even know where to start. These guys are the most unprofessional and unprepared team I have ever worked with.

We had an outdoor event and when they came to set up the decor, the wind was a bit higher than normal and was blowing the decor off the tables and blew the canopy to the ground. Totally out of both parties control. My issue lies with them knowing the wind was going to be strong that day as they came three days prior and refused to work with us in finding a solution. They simply said “we don’t have anything” .

Even that was like okay, a bit annoying but whatever. I tried calling Abe and just asked if there’s any way to put weights on the decor and if there’s anything else he could do. This guy, on my own reception day yelled at me. Like literally yelled and was and said “don’t tell me how to do my F*** job”. Then later messages my wife that he will do some decor for free at a different event. At this point I was furious. This is completely not okay, you should not yell or swear at your clients, especially when they pay you 10 grand for what they thought was a “professional” service. These guys are just a bunch of clowns that should not be trusted to host your event.

The level of communication and organization from Abe and his team was impressive. They were always available to answer our questions, calm our nerves, and make any adjustments we requested along the way. On the day of the wedding, we were able to relax and enjoy every moment, knowing that everything was in the most capable hands.
