    Great customer service

    Our Great Events Rentals contact was very helpful when we had a few hiccups with delivery and quantity of rented cafe lights. She worked with us to get us the best deal and went above and beyond after the event to make sure we were happy. Not seamless but overall we were happy we went with them.

    Potential for an Excellent Service

    We were grateful for the timely response received from Great Event Rentals. We rented one-hundred white folding chairs for our wedding, and from the time we placed the order until the time we received the chairs, we had positive customer service interactions.

    Upon receipt of the chairs, we found that their condition was a little less than perfect, with some scuffs and dirt on the Venere. A degree of wear would be expected due to transport, but we thought for the money paid a higher standard could have been reasonably expected.

    Great event rentals staff were friendly and helpful, we found everything we needed for our Wedding decor!

    Great place to do our rentals from, we rented our outdoor chairs, backdrop, table runners and centerpiece birdcages from this company. Very professional service and they were more than willing to work with our somewhat complicated requests.The only reason it's not a full 5 stars is due to the fact we were able to find a few other rental pieces elsewhere at a better cost.

    We rented a backdrop for our head table at our wedding reception which came with piping, draping and lights. The backdrop was pretty simple to set up and looked beautiful. We also rented two pillars for our wedding ceremony. These did not look at all like the photo on the website. They were shockingly this bright chrome when the picture looks dark and antique. We didn't even end up using them they were so bad.

    The service was great though...we didn't even see them. They delivered to our hotel and picked up the day after the wedding.

    Great Events Rental was incredible to work with!! We went to their showroom and looked at all the different options available. We needed a large outdoor tent and chairs for an outdoor ceremony. We also needed decorations for the banquet room at the hotel for our reception. They showed us all our options and took into consideration our budget. The 30X60 tent and 140 chairs were delivered early to the house early. They set up the tent and made sure it was in just the right spot for us plus they picked up the tent on schedule as per our request. The decorations were delivered to the hotel on time as well. Everything was clean and had no wrinkles. Again, decorations were picked up from the hotel on schedule and everything went really smoothly. They are a wonderful team to work with and you won't be disappointed in their service!!

    Great company to deal with. Rentals were reasonable, in immaculate condition and delivered and collected promptly. Staff were polite and helpful and dealt with the many changes to my order with ease. I am planning a large birthday party next year and will be using this company again. Good service and good value for money.
