Jin Tin Mobile Events is a stylish wedding event rental in Wainfleet, Ontario. This vintage camper has been lovingly restored and repurposed as a mobile bar, perfect for entertaining guests during an outdoor drinks reception. It has interior lights, outlets, a sink, a refrigerated trough for ice and drinks, a 250-can cooler, a water dispenser, alcohol pours, bar accessories and tons of storage.

Services Offered

Jin Tin Mobile Events delivers the vintage camper the day before your wedding and collects it the morning after your celebrations. You can decorate the trailer as you like, adding flowers and other decor to match your wedding theme. The dry hire option allows you to stock the bar with your favourite beverages, whether you prefer soft drinks or sips of prosecco. A bartending service is not included in standard hire but can be arranged, as well as additions like cups and ice.

Drop & Go Service

This service is a dry hire rental of the trailer. This allows you to stock the bar however you’d like and hire your own bartenders or use the staff at the venue. You must obtain an event permit for your celebration. Starting at $699.

Bartending Service

Add bartending service to your rental. Pricing is dependent on the number of guests, and your service expectations whether that be signature drinks, mixed drinks, or beer and wine service. You must purchase alcohol and obtain a Special Occasion Permit for your celebration.

Cups & Ice

These are not included with rental service but can be added on. Pricing is dependent on the number of guests.

Before Your Event

We have an appointment(s) digitally or in person to go over your expectations and tour the trailer. We advise you to clear the idea with your venue, we will also reach out to answer any questions they may have. We can give you recommendations of how much alcohol, mix, cups, and ice to perchase. For an additional charge, we can take care of the ice and cups for you.

Day of Your Event

We will be on-site the day before or the morning of your event, to facilitate the set-up, from finding the perfect spot, to leveling and cleaning. Next, is taking the client through the features of the trailer, there is also a guidebook that covers all the information, featuring an inventory of the accessories included and how to open and close the trailer. The trailer is picked up after your celebration or the morning after.
