We rented from Lonsdale Rentals for our wedding and everything looked amazing! I made many revisions to my order as I had booked them in early 2020 and our date changed twice; each time they were super accommodating and helpful. They even did a mock up table setting for me when their showroom closed due to COVID. I can’t thank them enough and would highly recommend!

Lonsdale Event Rentals provided us with white folding ceremony chairs that my venue did not have. I have to say that Lonsdale was one of the friendliest vendors on the phone, and sent prompt quotes, invoices, and revised invoices (after having to change numbers of guests due to COVID). They were flexible with changed wedding dates, and clear on pricing. I found this company to be professional and they were so smooth to deal with. After the wedding was over and the invoice paid, Lonsdale actually contacted me to let me know that they were refunding me a portion of the amount paid because the number of stairs at the venue and consequent service charge they had estimated turned out to be too much! I was so impressed - not because of the money, but because of their integrity as a company. I'd definitely support them any day and choose them for any future events!

We used Lonsdale Events to hire Chiavari Chairs. Throughout the planning process, they were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and detail orientated. Due to last minute changes to our guestlist, we had to change the chair count a few times throughout the leadup to the wedding, and they handled the changes in numbers with efficiency. They also provided a few last-minute items that were neglected by another vendor, they certainly go above and beyond for their customers. Highly recommended!

Prompt and had very good prices

We ordered around 90 chairs and napkins for my wedding in June and Lonsdale was a pleasure to work with. The customer service that I dealt with were all very helpful and accommodating to any requests and last-minute changes. I would highly recommend them for any event!

I rented 40 folding chairs for a backyard bbq from Lonsdale. Pick up and drop off went smoothly. The chairs were in good condition, and the price was the best I could find online. Ordering the chairs online was straightforward, and they were quick to follow up by phone.

Lonsdale Event Rentals' online catalog is easy to navigate and have all your event necessities at a very reasonable price so they definitely helped keep our wedding in the budget. We just needed some additional simple chairs for our wedding ceremony, but I have wanted to use them at other company events prior.

The ordering process is really streamlined and straightforward, you place your order (either online or by calling and speaking to a rep), they take your credit card and event info, you get a confirmation email of what to expect, and they'll run your credit card through for deposit a couple days before your event. What I was thankful for is also how easy it is for them to make modifications to orders, so even when I changed my mind about the type of folding chairs, and then the quantity, it was always hassle-less and stress-free.

The only thing I was a tad confused about at the beginning is the shortening of the window of time for them to drop off and pick up the rentals, but after seeing the changes (it'll cost you more if you need the rental items dropped off and/or picked up the same day, but they do have free delivery on orders over $100) on my order detail, it was pretty easy to understand.

Also because they've delivered lots to our wedding venue before so they were already accustomed to the site and didn't have any trouble getting the chairs to the University Golf Club (even with the roadwork and road closures) in time for the staff to set them all up.
