4+ hours late because they went to the wrong venue. Tent walls stained & unusable for our event. Did not bring our table linens and though we ordered a dancefloor, she did not add it to our order when she said she did.
Her eventual response was to deflect blame and gaslight rather than taking any responsibility for the negative impact her company had on our event. Not a single apology for her failure to deliver.
Be prepared to receive horrible customer service if anything goes wrong.

The good: Items were all clean, in good condition, well packed and warehouse staff were very accommodating and friendly during pickup and dropoff.

The not-so-good: this company is closed on the weekends. If you have a weekend wedding, know that there is no option to drop off items until the following Monday, so you’ll have to travel all the way back no matter how far you’re coming from. Unfortunately there are few options in the area to choose from.

Given the choice, I would recommend using another rentals company for your wedding. Having said that, Muskoka Party Rentals is one of the only companies in the area (another has exorbitant delivery fees) so you're basically stuck with mediocre product, a disorganized company, frustrating delivery terms (seriously... our wedding was a Monday and they refused to deliver on Sunday or Monday morning so I had to send a family member to pick up Monday morning), and more than likely you will have errors with your order. Three days before my wedding they called me three times in one day about my order (glassware I wanted wasn't available, then the backup glassware wasn't available, and then oh by the way they might not be able to get the linens I reserved months before!). But as long as you go in knowing that you will have problems with them, they will meet your expectations. Count everything before the delivery person leaves or before you leave if you're picking it up.

The gang at MPR was great at helping us plan our wedding. They helped us figure out what we needed for our guests but weren't pushy or trying to up-sell us. They arrived on time and were very professional and set everything up quickly. All the equipment worked and looked well maintained. Great overall experience.

Used them for our reception rentals. Found them to be very disorganized and received the wrong amounts of items. We made it work considering, but who wants to "make it work" when you are paying them for their services. Every chair that was delivered also had to be cleaned before the wedding because they were dirty. When the items where picked up they sent us another bill for a bunch of "missing" items that were not missing. Disappointing......

We rented from them, and it was great. Everything worked well and looked great
