Party Rental Deport was able to fill the requirements for a large celebration on the Stoney Nakoda Nation. They did so quickly, efficiently and offered excellent suggestions in the overall planning for the event. Their responsiveness, professionalism and overall support were key factors in the overall success of the event

Party Rental Depot

Party rental depot was so professional and easy to work with!!! They were very responsive and friendly! They even sent us a bride and groom seating signs out of the blue that touched our hearts! They helped us with estimating how much we needed and delivery and pick up was so easy ! 20/10 recommend using their services!

Professional service, quality items, friendly team.

Sadie and her team at Party Rental Depot went above and beyond to ensure that our backyard wedding was well equipped with stemware, cutlery, dishes, and marquis tents. The set-up and take down teams were friendly, quick, and professional. The communication was responsive and friendly at all points. We highly recommend Party Rental Depot!

Great Experience for our Corporate Event

We had contacted Party Rental Depot to provide us with some equipment for a corporate stampede BBQ. With a short timeline they were able to provide us with the equipment we needed, and did so in a timely and efficient manner. We had a great experience with them, and our clients had a great time so we cannot recommend them enough!

Party rental provided an exceptional service to our wedding event. We rented a dance floor and the experience of dealing with them was exceptional.

We had to change some booking arrangements as the event location management was giving a hard time but party rental was very flexible and supportive of the changes. They manage everything on time and with great detail. I highly recommend them, it was such a pleasure working with Sadie. Thank you for everything.

Excellent wedding experience

Working with Party Rental Depot was truly a delight. Sadie was very helpful and accommodated ever request we made with ease. The tent, bathrooms, dance floors, tables, chairs, EVERYTHING arrived on time, even ahead of schedule and went up beautifully. The team was friendly. The take down was efficient, and so nice not to have to complete ourselves after our big event. I liked that everything was available to rent from 1 vendor, and that they handled everything. Very pleased with the overall experience.

Great Service!

What a great experience! First time renting a tent so I didn't know much. Sadie took the time to advise me on what to look for and what to watch out for when renting (whether I rented from them or not), was super prompt with communication and checked up on how it was going even after I signed the contract. The tent itself was beyond beautiful and perfect size for what we wanted. The set up crew was friendly and experienced and did a great job. Thank you to everyone involved in making our wedding event perfect.

Great company!

Communication was great from the start. I filled out an online form and they got back to me with a quote right away. The price was extremely reasonable compared to other companies. Pick up and take down was seamless. They were on time and professional. Highly recommend.

Great experience!

I used party rentals for a work event and was really happy with the service. The team was quick to respond, helped me with all my needs and didn't try to over sell me on anything. The day of the event they showed up promptly, set up the equipment quickly, were friendly and took down the set up at the time they confirmed. Over all a really positive experience with them and I will definitely book with them again in the future.

I am so excited to be able to help make your wedding a once-in-a-lifetime day. I have been in the industry since 2012 and recently achieved my goal of becoming a Certified Event Rental Professional through the American Rental Association.

I am originally from England but moved to Canada in 2000 to be with my husband. When not in the office I am exploring the Rockies with my husband and daughter. As a family, we love the outdoors and can often be found seeking out new adventures in the alpine.
