I’m so happy I chose special event rentals for our reception decor. Kaitlyn was incredible to work with and made everything fun and easy! She helped us pick so many beautiful things! We paid for delivery and pick up and it was definitely worth it! Our reception looked absolutely beautiful. Thank you for everything!!!

We rented 32 chairs and they were fantastic and looked good and were definitely a step up from the chairs at the rugby club we had our wedding at haha The only problem we had is that they were closed on Sundays which is a fairly important day to return things lol We thankfully had the Monday after our wedding off to deal with things but living 5 hours north of Edmonton made this a real wrench in our weekend plans the day after and the Monday morning, especially because we had rented a Uhaul that had to go back on Sunday like we had planned. Thankfully it wasn't many chairs and we were able to get them back in a few cars but it made things much more difficult for us, especially because delivery was too expensive for us to warrant. It was in the rental agreement and an oversight on our end but it really did put a real damper on our cleanup and the Monday after our wedding for sure.

We just got married this passed weekend and We decided to get some extra decor and linens from Special Event Rentals. The associate we dealt with was Kamryn. She was absolutely amazing! She helped us bring our Halloween-esque vision come to life. When we told her our colour scheme (purple, blue & orange), she took us to the linens and helped us match the shades of our colours as close to as what we had in mind with what they had available. She also showed us some decor that would compliment our vision like candelabras, pillars for the candelabras to sit on, as well as light wall washers (which we were back and forth on but im so glad we got them). To say that Kamryn was a big help is an understatement. She went above and beyond with helping make our vision a reality. Without her help I don't think we would have been able to complete our vision.

Delivery was incredible and everything that was ordered arrived. I am very pleased. Everyone we dealt with was professional and helpful making our special day flawless. From the tent to the tables and chairs and linens to the speakers and microphone, everything fit so well together and worked great! I would recommend them to anyone needing rentals for their events.

We rented a heater, propane tank, vent and two outdoor carpet runners for my sons wedding this weekend. Jennifer was quick to respond and very knowledgeable about what we may need for our space to heat it. Everything was easy to install and great to use. We had absolutely no issues and drop off and pick up was easy. So grateful for services like this.
