I’m so happy I chose special event rentals for our reception decor. Kaitlyn was incredible to work with and made everything fun and easy! She helped us pick so many beautiful things! We paid for delivery and pick up and it was definitely worth it! Our reception looked absolutely beautiful. Thank you for everything!!!

We just got married this passed weekend and We decided to get some extra decor and linens from Special Event Rentals. The associate we dealt with was Kamryn. She was absolutely amazing! She helped us bring our Halloween-esque vision come to life. When we told her our colour scheme (purple, blue & orange), she took us to the linens and helped us match the shades of our colours as close to as what we had in mind with what they had available. She also showed us some decor that would compliment our vision like candelabras, pillars for the candelabras to sit on, as well as light wall washers (which we were back and forth on but im so glad we got them). To say that Kamryn was a big help is an understatement. She went above and beyond with helping make our vision a reality. Without her help I don't think we would have been able to complete our vision.

It has been a great experience working with Special Events. They have been very helpful and very organized. They have also provided a great selection of items and takedown services as well. Very pleased and happy to be working with them.

Delivery was incredible and everything that was ordered arrived. I am very pleased. Everyone we dealt with was professional and helpful making our special day flawless. From the tent to the tables and chairs and linens to the speakers and microphone, everything fit so well together and worked great! I would recommend them to anyone needing rentals for their events.

We rented a heater, propane tank, vent and two outdoor carpet runners for my sons wedding this weekend. Jennifer was quick to respond and very knowledgeable about what we may need for our space to heat it. Everything was easy to install and great to use. We had absolutely no issues and drop off and pick up was easy. So grateful for services like this.

These guys were great to work with, lots of hands on displays of all of their items with a huge selection of rentals. They were also very helpful with any questions you have with prompt responses! Picking out items, placing the rental order, delivery and drop off went very smooth. They also have a discount day where if you go into the store they will take 10%-25% off the items on your rental order, which was fantastic! One minor snag, they forgot to put any of the linens we rented on the delivery truck but the issue was remedied in about an hour, other than that we had a great experience with them and I would recommend them!
