We loved our rentals!

We chose Tiffany’s Party Rentals because they had the largest variety of rentals we were interested in, which included our dance floor.

There was some hiccups with drop off and pickup associated with our venue, and they were good to problem solve and everything went great. We LOVED the chairs we rented, and the quality of the products (tables, linens, and dance floor) was perfect. Our catering company also worked with them for all of our dinner rentals and everything was beautiful in that regard.

Tables & Chairs

We recently used Tiffany’s for our wedding at The Wilds at Cedar Valley Golf Course! It was a great experience from start to finish, Mike was great! We highly recommend! We got a lot of complements on the chairs!

Excellent service!

Great price and quality. I rented a chalk board and 25 white chairs. The chairs were cute, sturdy, and comfortable. Throughout the planning they were extremely flexible and responsive. I would highly recommend as they made the experience affordable and easy.

Frustrating Experience

I rented tables and chairs for an outdoor wedding in August from Tiffany Party rentals. I was originally very happy with the quality of service and the tables and chairs, however, the chairs were picked up before the contract said they would be. I had arranged to rent the tables/chairs from Thursday to Monday, as I was hosting a brunch for wedding guests Sunday morning, after the wedding. The manager ended up showing up at 8:30 am Sunday morning, well the majority of guests were still sleeping and my parents and wedding party had to load the tables and chairs for the manager. Then we had to eat brunch off of our laps. So it was a disappointing / frustrating experience, especially when the delivery option was very expensive. I called the manager after the wedding to discuss the situation and he did not offer any discount for the mix up. Over all was a very disappointing experience and I would not recommend renting from this company.

Absolutely horrendous - do not use this company

My husband and I hired Tiffany’s for our outdoor wedding this September and it was nothing but a disaster on Tiffany’s end. Initially they contacted us and informed us that they didn’t have the forks that we ordered but they would rent a similar set from another company. The tent was set up on the Thursday and it was covered in sand. We were informed that it would blow off once it dried out but this was not the case, I had to have a guest go around and sweep the entire roof and walls of the tent. The walls of the tent were so stained and dirty that we had to keep them down because they would be appalling in our photos. This lead to our guests complaining of being cold because there was a cool breeze that night. Another issue we had with the tent was it rained the day before and the entire tent was leaking, I had to have guests constantly wiping the water off the tables in order to prevent any water damage. I then called Tiffany’s and informed them of the issue and their solution to the problem was to cover them with garbage bags, I guess in their minds the tent is supposed to leak? Due to this issue we were unable to set up our tables or anything in the tent because there was another storm coming in that night. Due to the water leaking in the tent I had labels peeling off of some of the unopened alcohol therefore I was unable to return them (approximately $600 worth). We also had to clean off all of our tables because they were covered in food from whoever previously rented them. When I called after the wedding and talked with Tiffany’s about it they said their driver set up all the tables and he realized some were dirty, he was apparently going to get a towel to wipe them off but was told not to bother because the sand from the tent was being brushed off and landing on the tables so they would have to we washed anyways. The problem with this is that Tiffany’s never set up the tables, I had to have one of my guests do it. Another issue we had was they sent us the wrong napkins. Tiffany’s tried to claim that this was technically an “upgrade” for us because the ones they sent us were more expensive. More expensive or not these are not the ones we ordered or wanted. All the silverware we got had water spots on it, and the plates that they apparently use an industrial washer for were covered in mashed potatoes. The chairs were all scuffed and did not look nice at all. The biggest and most disgusting part of this whole situation was the worm that we found in the stack of plates. When I called and talked to Tiffany’s about this they tried to blame the fact that we were outside on a farm and that’s how the worm got there. I found this rather puzzling since the plates were in a milk crate, on a table, and wrapped in plastic wrap, also where we found the worm was in the middle of a stack of plates.

To sum it all up, nearly everything we got from this company was done wrong or just down right disgusting. In the end we got a small refund which felt more like a slap in the face to us. They essentially ruined one of the most important days of our life and they did not care in the least, in fact they blamed us for most of their mistakes.

Well, this was not a plesant experience for me and my wife. At first it was awesome, the employees were friendly and seemed to be VERY (over confidently) accomidating. The fact of the matter is, their contracts mean nothing to them and everything to you. We spent just under 10,000$ on stuff for an outdoor tented wedding that we disnt really get. We were the first wedding on that date that they booked. So they had 100% of their stock avaliable for our day. We upgraded from the basics they had on basically everything. We recieved less then 24hours from our wedding day FOUR differemt types of tables. Four, when we were promised and CONTRACTED signed by us and them 27 of the exact same. Their remedy was to get different darker tables so they would be more similar.It was a joke of a bandaide fix but we had no choice but to make it work. We ended up with 9 tables that were completly different in colour style and size and that was their fix. They were good with that. I then noticed thst our "premium" lighting that we again paid to upgrade to was also wrong. We were given ugly floodlights instead of chandeleir style lighting. In the end of it all, they contacted us saying we had 42$ in missing pieces from the wedding which, I counted myself the morning of and took videos of myself doing so i know was wrong. Their fix was to refund us 50% of the cost of 9 of the tables. Qhen we had 5 different types now. They also still charged us for the lighta. Was a joke to deal with and I would not reccomend them to anyone again. You spend so much money on a wedding that you really want tk be care free and this is the kind of stuff I had to deal with friday morning of a saturday qedding. Absolutle joke. They rent stuff from other suppliers because they cant honor their own contracts.

Wedding linens

Tiffany’s was very easy to work with to start, they have a little show room you can go to check things out, we placed an order for pick up. Pick was easy as well, however we ended up with the wrong table clothes and didnt realize till we had already arrived at the venue. We did call and the issue was quickly dealt with and we could pick up the right colour ASAP. However, then again we got one wrong table cloth. Again the issue was dealt with and they delivered the proper cloth but I would say there attention to detail needs some work.

Excellent Customer Service

We rented harvest tables, chiavari chairs and napkins from TPR for our wedding this past October. We contacted several companies about delivery of the harvest tables to our venue, and Rob at TPR was the only one that offered a solution due to the stairs at Horseshoe Resort. I had been very discouraged before talking with him, and because of his familiarity with the venue, he was able to deliver what we wanted. He was also flexible with scheduling delivery on either Friday or Saturday morning, depending on when we’d have the venue available to us!

On the date of delivery, we were disappointed that the delivery was quite a bit later than he’d said so we were waiting around to be able to decorate. They also came without the cushions as it wasn’t on the order, however they did come a little while later with them. A number of the cushions were dirty so we had to choose the “best side” to have facing up. We were also surprised to learn that the tables didn’t come assembled and we had to do that ourselves. It ended up being very quick and easy (so I wouldn’t recommend paying the extra to have them do it), but it would have been nice to know before and plan for. A lot of tables also had big scratches and gauges out of them, but we were mostly able to strategically place centrepieces, napkins, plates, etc to cover them. I understand they’re rentals and they won’t be in perfect condition, but for the price, I think things should have been in better shape & cleaner.

At the end of the day, the reception looked beautiful with the tables & chairs, there were just a few hiccups with communication, delivery and quality that would leave me to give 4 out of 5 stars.
