My husband and I were blessed to have been chosen for the ‘Whistler Win A Wedding’. As part of this amazing opportunity my husband and I chose to have the amazing vendors who took part in our day make the entire wedding a surprise, allowing the vendors to have complete creative control, from location, decor, flowers, etc. Admittingly we were nervous and anxious with excitement as too how the big day would turn out, and if it would complement who are as a joining family.
From the smallest details of placement to the overall environment that is created from decor, Whisteria Design & Rental created an atmosphere that truly complimented who we are as individuals and a couple. To trust someone 100% with all of the décor from table settings, color, design, etc. of the most important day of our lives, thus far, is not an easy thing to do. I can honestly say Whisteria Design & Rental went above and beyond creating our dream wedding, doing a better job than we could have done ourselves. Carin, from Whisteria Design & Rental, truly is a genuine and wonderful person to work with who’s talents our guests still talk about today. Whisteria Rentals elevated our Wedding to the next level! Carin styled our pre ceremony hot chocolate bar and lounge area at our outdoor ceremony in January. Carin was so easy to work with and followed my colour pallet and request for a glam and cozy vibe and ran with it! Guests were blown away by the attention to detail that Carin brought to our ceremony using blankets and furs to create a cozy feel. I'm a pretty picky/particular person when it comes to design and really value attention to detail. But with a phone call, a few emails and mood boards, Carin took the reins, adding the most beautiful touches to our ceremony location and completely transforming our reception venue.

She styled a gorgeous welcome table/sign and signing table at our ceremony. Then completely transformed our "games room/lounge" in our reception location into a vintage saloon, with a whimsical snacks table, lovely vintage games, and well-chosen decor items. She made various beautiful and personalized signs for both locations.

Whisteria Rentals has an amazing, well-curated collection of furniture, decor items, and design elements (vintage candlesticks, gorgeous china and glassware, ornate golden mirrors, etc.). Every item is beautiful, high-quality, and special. And Carin styles and puts them together in a way that suits your particular taste. What she put together for me was vintagy and whimsical but also polished and sophisticated. Her attention to detail is impeccable, and her compositions are so well thought out.

I couldn't be more happy with how our venues were styled, and wish I'd had more time to just look at everything. I would highly, highly recommend Carin and Whisteria Rentals!

They designed and styled our whole destination wedding in Pender Harbour for us. We wanted it to be completely stress free for our family and they organized all the decor, design, styling, and we were absolutely blown away by how they captured our family's essence and the vibe of our wedding perfectly. We were able to just show up to our magical dream wedding. Somehow they even managed to make our evening even more magical during an unforeseen 4 hour power outage.
