Welcome, to our enchanted event venue, nestled on a private 28-acre farm.

Our team ensures that every event is not just a fleeting experience, but a cherished memory that lasts a lifetime. We pride ourselves on creating personalized experiences that reflect the unique vision of each guest.

Located 45 minutes from both Red Deer and Calgary, we are the perfect central location for you and your guests. Our property is covered in sunflowers, luscious trees, berry bushes, and we can't forget our llamas and donkeys.

Cork & Crate Estates has two specialized venues:

The first, is our Tea House - perfect for the micro-wedding consisting of 40 guests or less. This space is available for booking Sunday through Friday and includes a fully catered brunch. It's also perfect for a Bridal Shower!

The second, is our feature venue The Vine House - perfect for those larger celebrations consisting of a maximum of 200 guests. This space is available for rental at all times and we offer a one day or two day package.

Services Offered

Cork & Crate Estates offers a number of services to help facilitate your special day.

Our team is always growing and consists of the following:

• Venue Manager - our Manager is a certified wedding planner with 15+ years in the industry. Her expertise helps our couples feel at ease throughout the entire planning process. She attends every event and treats every wedding as if it was her own.

• Set Up & Take Down Crew - our team sets up all tables + chairs for the ceremony + reception.

• Month of Coordinator - let our team help you finalize all the details of your special day and be the main point of contact between you and your vendors the day of.

• In-House Decorator - let our team help you with the design and decorating of your event.

• In-House Bartenders - let our team serve the drinks at both our indoor and outdoor bar.

• Butler Service - let our team clean up after you. You worry about your guests and personal belongings and we'll take care of the mess you leave behind.

We also provide a List of Preferred Vendors that we love to work with. This list includes Photographers/Videographers, Caterer's, Cake Design, DJ Services, Makeup Artists and more.
