Four waterfront venues ideally suited for country, vineyard, lakefront or beach themed weddings. The entire property is surrounded by six hundred and fifty manicured cedar trees, providing complete privacy. In the summer the properties additionally have a 5,000 square foot sandbar covered by 6-18 inches of water that can comfortably seat up to 200 people for those parties that absolutely must have their feet in the sand and the water. Cannabis and kosher friendly weddings are welcome.

Venue 1 - Emilias Return Waterfront Beach House

Emilia's Return is a 4-season, 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom luxury beach house that sleeps up to 10 guests. Overlooking the water is a 1,600 square foot deck that is level with the surrounding grass making it very safe for children and the elderly as there is no stepping up or down to access the entire proprty. The deck extends to a large grassy area perfect for an open air wedding or tent wedding. The bridal suite includes a jet tub sauna, a private entrance to the lakefront and creekside. A sand path leads gently down to the beach, the water, the dock and the sandbar. Emilias return includes parking suitable for up to 20 vehicles. Overflow parking and valet parking is available for up to another 300 vehicles. Suitable for indoor wedding sizes up to 60 people, tented wedding sizes up to 150 people, outdoor wedding sizes up to 200 people.

Venue 2 - Ethans Landing Waterfront Acreage with High Ceiling, Rustic Wood Building on Concrete Floor

Ethans Landing is 2,295 square feet (dimensions 51 x 45), wooden construction, concrete floor, rustic interior wood, with 4 roll-up garage doors leading to 2 acres of grass covered tree-surrounded waterfront property. The cedars outside of the entrance have been formed into six semi circles facing the water for approximately 50 guests to enjoy adirondack chairs, campfires and seated meals. The venue has paved roads to the entrance. Suitable for indoor wedding sizes up to 150 people, tented wedding sizes up to 2,000 people, outdoor wedding sizes up to 3,000 people.

Venue 3 - Gracies Turn of the Century Mill and Waterfront Acreage

Gracie's is a turn of the century mill constructed in the late 1800's with 12 inch thick walls, authentic original doors, and metal beams throughout. The building is 2,880 square feet (dimensions 36 x 80) with concrete floor. Outside the venue is 2 acres of grass, hundreds of manicured cedar trees, a large tree swing, and complete privacy on the shores of the waterfront property. Venue 4 - Creekside Waterfront

Creekside Waterfront is 2 lakefront grassy acres, completely level and with access to the large sandbar that seats up to 200 people. Creekside Acres is suitable for open air or tent weddings along the tree-line creek front and the lakefront. The venue has paved roads to the entrance. Suitable for tented wedding sizes up to 1,000 people. Suitable for outdoor wedding sizes up to 2,000 people.

Catering is available from a selection of local partners. They recommend considering a locally produced farm organic menu. Bar service is available from a selection of local partners. All of the properties are flat, well treed, private, and very well suited to tent weddings directly on the waterfront. Please contact for details relating to tent rentals.
