The Four Sisters Farm - The Prairie Shanty Wedding Venue.
We have a beautiful venue with spaces for ceremonies & photo options,
-A romantic deck beside our Fountain Pond
-The grassy area beside the “West Highland Cows” {which I may say are too dang cute}.
- Our Meadow Tree Church
The Venue is an indoor - outdoor space. Four Sisters Farm is located just outside Strathmore, Alberta, 30 minutes east of Calgary, the land of sunsets & the golden hour
.
The Silver Birch Venue is over 2000 sqft, with beautiful arched church windows, a 16 foot built-in bar, with a modern rustic vibe, our neutral palette is perfect for any decor choices. It boasts 12' tall ceilings & 3- 16' wide doors, that fully open to flow to a beautiful green space area with string patio lights, cocktail tables so our guests can enjoy the country atmosphere.
Our catering is exclusively done by Four Sisters Farm Team .The food is served hot in a family-style buffet. Our AAA Alberta Beef is charcoal smoked on site, all our food is scratch-made in our own certified kitchens. We have amazing desserts made by our bakers. Our wedding cakes are made and decorated by our talented cake maker on site, using only the freshest ingredients.

An Amazing Fall Wedding and Unforgettable Experience!
We got married in 2023 at 4 Sisters Farm, and we couldn’t recommend it more as a wedding venue in the Calgary area. When we first met Paula, the owner, she went above and beyond to work with us on a budget that suited our needs and was incredibly accommodating throughout the process.
The venue itself was stunning, offering the best of both indoor and outdoor spaces. We held our ceremony outside on the property, where my wife loved making her entrance through the trees—a truly beautiful and memorable experience. Afterward, we had our photos taken around the property, which was breathtaking in the fall with its vibrant colors and majestic trees. The venue provided a small bus to drive our bridal party around, which made for some fun and memorable moments.
The food was outstanding; we received so many compliments from our guests, and it truly exceeded our expectations. 4 Sisters Farm has options for different wedding sizes—our guest list was 138, including the wedding party, and although it was a full house, there was still enough space for everyone to feel comfortable.
In the lead-up to the big day, Courtney did an amazing job ensuring every detail was handled and that we felt supported. Both Paula and Courtney were incredibly gracious, even allowing us to use their adjoining home for the wedding party to get ready, take photos, and relax between the ceremony and reception.
We can’t recommend Paula and Courtney enough for making our day unforgettable!

Four Sisters Farm Wedding
We wanted a venue that had everything in one spot! This venue has it all. Close to town, parking, multiple ceremony locations, cocktail hour/appetizers, reception, bartenders, fresh food cooked on location, and lots more!

Fantastic wedding venue
Our wedding day dawned cool and clear. We were worried that the cold weather would put a crimp in our wedding day but we were pleasantly surprised. Even though the leaves were no longer green we had some beautiful spots for photos.
Paula, Gyla and Courtney proved to be fantastic.
Paula, family and staff were fantastic. Paula generously provided a wonderful setting to enable me and my hairdresser to get me ready. Her meal to come was beyond what we had asked for.
Gyla decorated the chapel with beautiful floral arrangements that transformed the chapel into a fairy land complete with fireplace and white chairs and an isle runner and candles. She also transformed the dining area into a beautiful setting with linens, plate chargers, floral arrangements and candles.
Paula, family and staff provided a spectacular meal of roast beef done to perfection, with twice baked potatoes, caesar salad and scrumptious vegetables.
Courtney provided a delicious chocolate wedding cake beautifully decorated and black forest cupcakes as well as cannoli. She was so gracious in changing the desert at the last minute to accommodate my wishes.
This is the perfect venue for any occasion. Paula, Courtney, Gyla and staff are the perfect hosts. Their planning and timing was perfect. We cannot sing their praises enough, thank you so much for making our day magical.

Phenomenal!
The Four Sisters venue and catering group is amazing. So many times throughout our wedding planning we wondered how more people don’t book with them! The property is amazing- over 80 acres of space that they welcomed us to use for photos, as well as a truly beautiful ceremony space that guests were amazed with, and the sweetest, most cozy but comfortable reception space. The outdoor dance floor was a huge hit after the sun went down, as the lights made for the best vibe. Our September wedding was warm and tree shaded, and guests loved walking the property looking for photo spots and playing yard games.
The food is a whole new ball game!! We were able to test all the catering at an open house early in the summer, and were able to choose our menu the way we liked it for a very reasonable cost! The chicken was amazing, and the Mac n’ cheese was a huge hit. Many of our guests kept telling us it was some of the best wedding food they’d had! The Four Sisters group also graciously gifted us an extra cut of meat to serve our guests which was one of the stars of the meal. They’d be worth booking just for the food!
The staff were incredibly friendly. While sometimes it was a touch challenging to get in touch with them, they always made sure our questions were answered, and they made us feel that they were truly willing to cater to our individual needs. The day of the wedding, they joined in the celebrations and were the most supportive and welcoming people!
Overall, I could not recommend a venue more. They truly made our day incredible, and we felt like family.

Best Wedding venue in the Calgary Area
This venue is like no other. The indoor/outdoor feel is what we were looking for and this venue did not disappoint. We did our rehearsal, ceremony, photos and reception here. Paula, Monica and their team really take pride in what they do and truly want you to have the best day. Many people told us this was the best Wedding they have been to.
Some of the features that set Four Sisters apart from other venues for me were; no corkage fee, you get the venue from Friday until Sunday which means no 2 am clean up for you or your guests, they are very responsive and willing to work with you to make everything perfect, full bar set up, actual washrooms.
I liked that it is on a farm as there was lots of room to take photos and set up yard games but has a modern feel not rustic.
I would absolutely recommend getting married here.
