Facilities and Capacity

Upon arriving at Gardenview Estate, you will be met with a gorgeous rock waterfall pond situated at the front of the house. Inside, you'll find a grand spiral staircase which leads to the get-ready suite. This room features four makeup stations, plenty of natural light, and a bar for coffee and mimosas. Downstairs, there's a separate get-ready suite where your beloved can prepare and relax with loved ones. This estate's island ceremony space is what sets this venue apart from the rest. The open-air setting features stunning views and a bordering pond, creating a picturesque ambience for heartfelt "I do"s. After exchanging vows, you and your guests can dine and dance together in an elegant transparent tent on solid deck flooring.

When booking Gardenview Estate, couples can benefit from a variety of helpful services and amenities. Up to 30 round tables, custom head tables, and 200 wooden cross-back chairs can be provided and set up to your liking. Event decor such as white linen table cloths, burlap runners, chandeliers, and string lights are also available, as well as entertainment essentials like a sound system and wireless microphones. You will also have access to the venue's 1957 GMC truck, equipped with plenty of refridgerator room for cooling beverages as well as a freezer for storing ice.
