Heron Bay Stables is a rustic wedding venue located in Vancouver, British Columbia. Usually used as an equestrian's sanctuary, this working farm offers 11 acres of open land for couples to host their special day. The onsite team works diligently to give soon-to-be-weds a romantic, memorable experience on their special day.

Facilities and Capacity

Heron Bay Stables can accommodate various aesthetics, from vintage elegance to down-to-earth country-style gatherings. Up to 150 guests can be accommodated within this private outdoor setting, either in the open air or under the team's event tent. Soon-to-be-weds can place their altar beside the tranquil pond that is naturally decorated with lily pads and lush greenery. Guests will be seated on the manicured lawn area as mature trees surround the space. Also available is the outdoor gazebo, which can be easily decorated to match your event theme and colours. Couples will also have access to The Harris's 1905 heritage home to prepare for the altar in style. Parking is available onsite, with wheelchair accessibility to ensure every guest makes it to the venue safely.

Services Offered

Heron Bay Stables is open for weddings from May to September for couples to exchange their vows under the sun. Tables and chairs will be provided and arranged into any formation you prefer for your ceremony and reception. The onsite team provides linens, dinnerware, and a variety of decor items to complete your event design. In addition to the big day, this venue can also host engagement parties and rehearsal dinners.
