ShyLynn Ranch is a rustic farm wedding venue and campground located in Salmon Arm, British Columbia. This pristine retreat is nestled in the serene countryside, allowing couples and their guests the opportunity to celebrate in private. Weddings held here are multiple day events, as the newlyweds and their loved ones are invited to camp on the property for the wedding weekend.
Facilities and Capacity
This beautiful venue is spread across 160 acres of rugged mountain landscape and features many stunning spaces to tie the knot. Horses and other animals make their home on the premises, and guests are invited to wander the property and experience its joys. Natural water features dot the farm, and the tranquil Salmon River even crosses it. Several hiking trails weave through the farm that guests can explore when not engaged in wedding festivities. The venue offers couples several choices of event space for their wedding celebrations. Indoor and outdoor locations are available, and events of up to 150 attendees can be accommodated here.
Services Offered
When you book your event at Shylynn Ranch, you and your guests can enjoy exclusive access to the venue for the entire wedding weekend. The farm’s staff are happy to accommodate your vendors for delivery and setup of decor at any time beginning on Thursday of that weekend. If set-up services are required, they can be arranged with event staff. They strive to ensure your big day is the happiest day of your life and work with you so that you love your setup. On the day before the wedding, they can organize a ceremony rehearsal. There is also an on-site event coordinator who is available to oversee the affair and ensure the festivities are executed seamlessly.
Accommodation
There is ample space for camping on the property so your guests can celebrate with you throughout the weekend. Your wedding package also includes accommodation for you and your new spouse for the duration of the event in one of the property’s cozy cabins. Three cabins are available to choose from, but you are also welcome to avail of alternative accommodation, such as an RV, if you prefer.

Amazing Ranch Wedding Venue!
ShyLynn Ranch is nothing short of a remarkable wedding venue! As wedding photographers, we highly recommend this venue for any couple looking for a stunning, all-inclusive wedding venue. It is perfect for those looking for an all-in-one venue, from on-site camping, countless photo backdrops, privacy, a dreamy barn reception location, and picturesque ceremony sites. We are also blown away by Angie and her hospitality, professionalism, and urge to make your dreams happen. She is so welcoming and gracious, we just can't say enough about her! Angie and her family have put so much into creating the perfect wedding venue and it shows!!

Disneyland for weddings!
There aren’t enough good words to describe the experience we had here. The ranch is something I have been following for years and once we were engaged, I was already contacting Angie before announcing it to family. Shylynn was the only place I was ever going to get married. I had never met the owners or been to the ranch in person but there was something about the ranch that was so magical in pictures I had seen, that I just couldn’t imagine any other place. The experience you receive at Shylynn is more than just a wedding, they really make you feel like family and that your weekend there is the most important thing. The staff were always where they needed to be, helping with anything they could. From advise on how to handle family stuff all the way to driving me in the golf cart to the trailer to switch my shoes because heels, just aren’t that comfy all night long. I can’t thank the ranch enough for really helping me have the wedding I have always dreamed of. I would recommend this place to everyone.
10/10 would get married here again!!

Beautiful Location
I dont even know where to start. Angie and her team are amazing. The day went off without a hitch thanks to them! The decor was better than what I imagined! The process is so easy allowing you and your family to enjoy the wedding weekend. The facility is stunning... a must see! The grounds are well manicured with led lights throughout to help navigate back to your trailer! Could not have picked a more beautiful spot.

Disneyland for Marriages
My wife and I just finished our weekend wedding at Shylynn Ranch. You have to understand that when you book your wedding at this ranch, the venue itself is worth every penny; but the fantastic staff lead by an amazing Angie Ross, makes this weekend a fairy tale. Without question, this was the best weekend of our entire life. From day 1 and through all 262 days, Angie was there to make sure things were good, we had what we need, asking if there was anything she could help with... you really get a wedding planner, coordinator, venue, and accommodations all in one nicely packaged price.
Every little thing that could have been stressful was quickly fixed by Angie and her staff:
Ripped maid of honor dress, missing seating chart, un-iced corn bread muffins, drama - all of it was quickly and professionally solved.
At the end of the day, our ceremony went perfectly as we imagined it which was timed to the second and that wouldn't be possible without Angie's help.
I have two daughters, and if both of them asked to get married here it would be a no-brainer.

The venue is something out of a dream. What’s included? Everything from linens and decorations to the staff’s absolute devotion to making your day perfect. Worth every penny... actually double! Thanks to Angie for keeping everything on point and my friends/family on time and organized. We couldn’t have done this without you!

A whole weekend of perfection!
This venue is above and beyond. I can’t even begin to put into words how Angie and her team at the Shylynn make your event so perfect. We loved spending all weekend with our guests and having no worries! From setup to takedown and everything in between it was perfect!

ShyLynn Ranch is amazing. It's absolutely gorgeous out there and the family out there gives you everything you need to have an amazing wedding. Everyone was so helpful and so friendly and our wedding weekend was perfect!

shylynn ranch is truly amazing, i was wanting more of a country rustic/ outdoor wedding, we looked around and found them! we decided to go take a look to make sure it was right for us, we instantly fell in love! and i knew right away it was perfect, truly my dream wedding venue!! we are so excited to expereinece this once in a lifetime experience at shylynn ranch! they are all so helpful, and respond instantly with any questions or concerns! we have been nothing but happening planning with them, and look forward to our night at there place! huge acreage, and no early shut down times! camping for whole weekend included for all guests! anyone looking for a country wedding defiantly give them a call! they will do anything to make your big day perfect! crazy resonable pricing!!!
