Gorgeous venue, relaxed wedding day and supportive staff!

My husband and I got married here on May 6, 2023 and it really was a perfect day. I loved that Stonefields gives you the option of an indoor and outdoor venue in light of Ottawa's tricky weather and both options are just gorgeous. Not a lot of extra decor needed because it was so beautiful to begin with. The grass was green and lush. The staff were responsive and attentive, catering to our needs, quick to respond via email. As the bride I felt so relaxed the day of, the staff making sure I was fed through the day and saving my food when I was busy talking to guests! Our day-of coordinator guided us through every step...

My husband and I got married here on May 6, 2023 and it really was a perfect day. I loved that Stonefields gives you the option of an indoor and outdoor venue in light of Ottawa's tricky weather and both options are just gorgeous. Not a lot of extra decor needed because it was so beautiful to begin with. The grass was green and lush. The staff were responsive and attentive, catering to our needs, quick to respond via email. As the bride I felt so relaxed the day of, the staff making sure I was fed through the day and saving my food when I was busy talking to guests! Our day-of coordinator guided us through every step of the wedding, making sure things were running smoothly and on time. Since we had a dry wedding, the staff were so flexible in removing all alcohol bottles from the bar display. They even let us create our own custom mocktail menu, which was super cute giving each drink a unique name. The food was incredible. We had an awesome bonfire in the evening. We had about 150 people at our wedding and that felt a bit cozy, but it was still really wonderful. A few items of feedback were that some guests didn't get as many hors d'oeuvres when passing them around. Also the coordinator we were chatting with through the planning phase didn't up being our day of coordinator so it took some re-explaining to review the plan of the wedding closer to the date. Ultimately with Stonefields, you're paying for comfort and ease, which is how my husband and I really felt the day of our wedding. It was unforgettable and we thank Stonefields for their wonderful service! Our wedding day really did feel spiritually uplifting and this venue really contributed to that beautiful spirit.

Best Wedding Venue!

Before we were even engaged I fell in love with the Stonefields property, the moment I saw the little white chapel I knew this was the place. Shortly after our engagement I reached out to Stonefields and right from the very start they were extremely helpful!

Not only were they helpful, they were quick to get back to us whenever we had questions, extremely organized and just all around a lovely group of people to work with.

Our wedding day was so smooth, our guests still rave about the service, the food they ate and how beautiful the property was.

They went above and beyond for us in the setting of unforeseen circumstances...

Amazing wedding venue, staff and experience

We got married at Stonefields in September 2023, and it was absolutely perfect! The venue is beautiful and all of our guests commented on how much they enjoyed the venue. The staff were very organized and helpful throughout the entire process. They were always quick to answer any questions we had during planning, and were so helpful leading up to the wedding. We were able to relax and enjoy our wedding day because the staff had everything covered and organized. The food, drink and service on the wedding day was amazing, and we are still hearing compliments from our guests over a month later. We would highly recommend this venue! Thank you again to the Stonefields team for helping make our day so special!

Simple word : perfection

We were already happy with our choice to go with Stonefields during the planning - the exceptional team, including Kylie and Angela, made the planning so easy!
On the day of the wedding, one of the owners, Steve, was on site and did everything to make our day easy and enjoyable. He even helped me with my dress while I was walking because the train was so heavy!

If there was any problem, I did not even notice it - they took executive decision based on all the information I gave them prior to the event. It made my day even more magical and stress-free. The magical day we had was largely thanks to Stonefields. All our guests also remarked on the professionalism and kindness of the staff. It's rare these days to have such attentive people. There were many more employees for guests and service, but the people assigned to my husband and me (Steve, Jen and Deanie) deserve special mention for their dedication and kindness.
We just started receiving pictures of our wedding and let me tell you that the estate makes the images magical. We choose the chapel for the ceremony but used the many outdoor locations for the pictures. It was like a fairytale.
As for the food, it was DIVINE! Most guests told me it’s the best food they ever had at a wedding.
We definitely recommend Stonefields to anyone! Thank you again for this amazing day.
P.S.: we are from Québec and had the poutine bar for the late-night snack, and I happily report that it is REAL GOOD poutine!

We were married at Stonefields 6/16/2023 and it was absolutely incredible. We've had nothing but compliments from our guests on how incredible the venue, staff, and food were. We were told many times it was "the best wedding I've every been to". Thank you to Stephanie, Steve, Kylie, and everyone else who made our day so special.

Best Day Ever

Stonefields is the most amazing, magical, wonderfully put together venue. I got to say I was a stress free bride because of how Stonefields was on the ball. They not only adapted to our wedding needs but provided more insight when I needed to change some of the timeline/specific details to make it even more amazing.

The site is incredibly clean, there are the smallest details that the team has clearly thought out. You could easily decorate this place to the nines and it'll be gorgeous. Or leave it minimal and it'll still look amazing.

The food... the food was AMAZING. It's been 2 months and I still have guests raving about how good the food was....

The food... the food was AMAZING. It's been 2 months and I still have guests raving about how good the food was. Every single meal that came out of the kitchen was cooked to perfection and hot! over 100 people fed hot, delicious food. Our guests were so happy which made us so happy!

The staff for the event... First off, you feel like family on your day. You are their priority and it was so nice knowing they had your back. From holding your dress train while you walk. Holding your arm when your in heels, making sure your husbands hair looks good before he walks down the aisle. Making sure I had no lipstick on my teeth! They have your back. I can't even express how grateful this venue is.

Stonefields is exactly where you want to have your wedding.

A breeze and stunning

Stonefields and their staff are professionals within the wedding industry. They eat, sleep and breathe weddings. The day could not have gone any smoother and their staff where on the ball with all the planning before we even got to it. Their templates and suggestions to guide us to our day where impeccable. The venue is absolutely stunning with perfect rain / back up ceremony options! Just as beautiful. The guests mentioned the food was the best wedding food they ever had. The staff really took care of us (food, drinks and transportation) while we where taking pictures and for the entire day. We slept at the venue which was very convenient at the end of the night! I wish we could re-live this day again and again at Stonefields!

Above and beyond

Stonefields is unlike any wedding venue you’ve ever experienced. I myself have been to well over 60+ weddings (I have a large extended family), and this place was the greatest venue I’ve ever been to. The service was so attentive, every single person there is friendly, happy, and can already predict what you need. I don’t think I ever had to ask for a single thing, it was already done. The owner is on-site the whole day, overseeing every detail. The grounds, the house, the pub, the loft, the chapel, every inch of the property is clean, pretty and elegant while still rustic somehow. Guests were gushing about the food, the decor, the service. It was an absolute dream come true. Thank you a million, for giving us a memory that will last a lifetime. Thank you.
