I had my wedding at Stonewall this past weekend and it was everything I hoped for! Food was excellent, as well as all of the vendors included/associated with Stonewall. It is a beautiful venue and everyone complimented it throughout the night! Big Shout out to Emilie and Alex for being amazing and checking over every detail. 5/5 star experience!

I have to start by saying that my husband and I absolutely fell in love with Stonewall the moment we arrived. Not only is the entire venue AMAZINGLY wheelchair accessible, but the grounds are stunning and perfectly suited my vibe for an elegant “backyard” wedding. The music was phenomenal, as was the food- even though we missed out on eating all of our meal’s because of socializing!
Earla and Alex worked diligently and swiftly to work out some pretty big kinks for wedding season and we’re transparent the whole way through. Em and Alex made sure that everything was handled on our day, if there were issues we knew nothing about them. I have never felt more calm than right before I walked down the isle because they had it handled.
Our wedding was a lot more pricey than I had anticipated, but we found Stonewall to be pretty on par cost wise, including having to purchase wine.
Overall, our day was a dream, and all of our guests raved about Stonewall! Would highly recommend having your wedding or event here! Also their wine is great and they do tastings now!

We are SO happy that we chose Stonewall Estates as the venue for our May 2023 wedding for SO many reasons. Starting from the day we went to tour the venue, we fell in love - the gardens were beautiful, Earla was so kind and welcoming, and the space just spoke to us. It honestly could not be beaten. Between Earla, Alex, and Emilie, everything went off without a hitch - they were very responsive via email or phone at all times and made us feel calm when we needed it. They answered all of our questions very clearly and gave us all of the information we needed to help with vendor decisions and more to ensure we were on a good timeline. Although there was a small bump with our food tasting, the team responded so quickly and made everyone feel comfortable, knowing there would be a prompt second tasting - and everything went perfectly. Our final meeting went so smoothly, and it really solidified that the team was on the same page as us being at 10 days pre-wedding - this added SO much comfort to the final planning days. Our rehearsal went accordingly to plan, Alex and Emilie ran us perfectly throughout our ceremony and decor drop-off was so easy, knowing we were both on the same page. And the WEDDING DAY - just wow, everything was perfect - the decor setup done by the venue was exactly as planned, the gardens and layout were perfect, the team was so on top of everything, so calming, and so supportive, and everything from our first look, to the ceremony, to music, to cocktail food/drinks, to the whole reception went so smoothly - we were SO happy. Almost every guest I talked to commented on how beautiful the venue was, how tasty the food was, and how kind and organized the staff was - which is exactly how we felt. We could not be more happy with this venue and the team. Thank you again!!!

After visiting Stonewall, I stopped looking at other locations for our wedding. The landscape and beauty of the area require little to no decor to make our wedding beautiful.
Everything about this venue is perfect. Alex and Megan, along with Chef Alli and all their staff went out of their way to make sure every detail was taken care of, and exactly as we wanted. The simplicity of having the Dj, Catering, and some of the florals included in our contract made Stonewall an easy choice!!

If there were a million star rating, we would give it. I planned my daughters wedding at Stonewall Estates. Not only are the grounds meticulous, the attention to detail from Alex and Meegan is impeccable. They also become wedding helpers the day of which is a huge relief to an already eventful day for the bride and groom. The food, atmosphere, and level of positivity oozed out to make the bride and groom have a perfect day. There is not one thing that could have been changed. So....thank you thank you thank you Stonewall.

Planning a wedding is not something I have ever put thought into, so, when it came to actually planning one, I was very ignorant and more than a bit lost. From my first contact with Alex, everything felt right. The right questions were asked to hash out exactly what I wanted and what I was forgetting. I didn't have to worry I'd forget something or mess something up; They would never let that happen! It was relieving to know I was being looked after by professionals with tones of experience. I simply felt I was in immensely capable hands and it was all going to work out well.
When the day came, the estate was beautiful and everything went perfectly. There was a well organized plan in place and the Stonewall team kept us on track in the most calm and professional manner. I received so many compliments from guests about how perfect the wedding was. Little did they know the busy planning and organization going on in the background. To see thoughtful planning and organization in the background turn into a calming wedding experience for the all is something truly impressive and magical.

I could not imagine planning a wedding without the guidance, thoughtfulness, and detail-oriented organization of the team at Stonewall Estates. I cannot recommend them more highly or thank them enough!

For some background information, I'm part of a bridal party that did initially book with Stonewall Estates. The bride had planned on having her wedding in June, but due to COVID-19, she was forced to make alternate arrangements for obvious reasons. At this point in time, she had paid her deposit, but had not received any type of services, short of a tasting. She contacted the venue to see how they intended to handle the weddings taking place this summer, since we're prohibited from gathering in groups. They advised that all summer weddings would need to be rescheduled. The bride (because she's prepared) had already purchased her wedding license, which was due to expire shortly after her planned wedding day. Since they would need to have a small ceremony before the license expired, she had asked if it were possible for her to pay for her reception only, as she would no longer need to have a ceremony. The venue was unwilling to budge, and refused to allow her to just have a reception, or to reimburse her for any portion of her deposit. When asked if the venue would offer any flexibility as far as the guest minimum (100 guests minimum, currently not allowed due to social distancing measures), she was advised that she must meet the 100 guest minimum. With family overseas/out of country, this is currently impossible, and may not be possible for quite some time. They provided her with minimal days to choose from to re-book, but with things being so uncertain, she did not feel that she could commit to a fall date and meet the stringent guest minimum. She requested a portion of her deposit back, understanding that she could not request the full amount if she did cancel, but considering the only "service" she had received thus far was a tasting, asking for a fraction of her deposit back seemed like a fair compromise. She was denied, and the venue refused to return any subsequent phone calls or emails. While I understand that times are difficult for business owners, it's clear that the individuals at Stonewall Estates are only in it for the almighty buck. Their lack of communication, sincerity, compassion and inability to even attempt to meet the needs of their clients speaks volumes for how unprofessional this business is and how difficult they are to work with. During times like this, a bit of flexibility and compassion goes a long way to ensuring future business/clients. Rest assured, they will not have my business ever, nor will I endorse or recommend them to any friends or family! Shame on you Stonewall Estates!

Alex & Emilie are amazing wedding coordinators, they make sure that everything goes off without a hitch and they go above and beyond to ensure that you and your partner don't have to worry about a single thing but saying "I DO" on your wedding day!

The food was outstanding!! Every single guest was blown away by their meal at the wedding, even individuals with gluten, lactose and other allergies were taken care of without their food experience being compromised! Chef Adriano and his team are exceptional!

Though the venue space and location is beautiful, dealing with the owner here is a nightmare. Unresponsive and inflexible, and demands that your wedding fit into their parameters with little flexibility. We booked a wedding here, confirmed with them multiple times that the date was available, had a fully executed contract, and then they sent an email (they didn’t even have the decency to call us) to tell us that they had to reschedule our wedding. We had already sent out invitations, had family arranged to come from far distances, and arranged our photographer. This news was devastating to us and forced us to cancel our wedding date, and now we are stuck until 2025. AVOID!

We had such a wonderful wedding at Stonewall Estates!! The gardens are so well taken care of, the barn reception space is stunning, and the grounds have so many different elements that make this place special (ceremony space looking over the river, a private dock, vineyards, an orchard) The food was absolutely delicious and service was great through cocktail hour and dinner service. Alex and Emilie were flexible to making sure the event set up and flow of the day was exactly what we envisioned, and kept all of the logistics behind the scenes running so smoothly. Thank you for the most wonderful wedding day!!
