Sarah was recommended to me by a previous couple and I’m very happy with her help.
The whole wedding planning process is very confusing when dealing with the hotel and the flight company, but Sarah took the time to explain every situation and answer all my questions. As a bonus some of my guests were happy to receive a happy birthday message from Sarah :)
The group made it to Mexico and back and I’m looking forward to working with Sarah in the future.

Planning a destination wedding can be stressful, but Sarah from Adiona made the process effortless. From the moment we started working with her, she was incredibly responsive to every question and concern, not just from me but from everyone in our group. She ensured every guest was well-informed and taken care of, managing payment reminders and travel arrangements with precision and professionalism.
What truly stood out was Sarah's calming presence. Weddings can be overwhelming, but she kept me grounded and reassured throughout every step of the planning process. Her attention to detail, organization, and ability to handle everything behind the scenes allowed me to focus on enjoying this special time in my life.

We worked with Sarah Robinson and she was the absolute BEST!!! Cannot say enough great things about her and the amazing service she provided.
My husband and I contacted her on September 2022 for our September 2023 destination wedding at Hilton Rose Hall Resort & Spa in Montego Bay, Jamaica. She was able to book vacation packages for my family and our 30 guests and everyone was pleased with working with her.
She was always quick to respond, professional, knowledgeable, and SUPER helpful throughout the entire process from start to finish. To highlight, she was also extremely personable which made it an absolute pleasure working with her. Sarah was wonderful to work with, very detail orientated and on top of everything. I found her on a whim/google search (after having no luck with other TAs) and thank goodness I found her!! She was able to get me pricing and information on a very quick turnaround after almost 2 years of getting nothing (covid delays) and it was on the Monday after a long weekend (needless to say I was immediately impressed with her dedication to her work). We had a big group (98 in total) and she handled all the inquires/questions/accommodations with patience and a smile (even though I couldn't see her through the phone lol), she was always very pleasant. Knowledgeable, caring and reliable are 3 words I would use to describe Sarah. I reached out to Sarah on Facebook and within a few hours was discussing my destination wedding with her. It was not long before Sarah was helping me plan my wedding at Finest Playa Mujeres in Cancun, Mexico for 60 people. Sarah was with me every step of the way - from flight changes, the hotel going dark on us and answering our guests (many) questions. She responded quickly to my frantic emails and always provided an educated opinion. It is clear she deeply cares about her clients and has their best interest at heart. Sarah was an absolute pleasure to work with and is fantastic... -

I reached out to Sarah after seeing her recommended by many on a local feedback FB group. Right from the start she was so responsive to my questions and very thorough. I got a good feeling right away! We spoke on the phone and I knew from that call, she was the agent I needed to help plan our special day. She helped make it a smooth process; she considered our wish list for resorts, found places within our price range and eased our stress as a couple wanting the best experience for our guests.
