Waseem was extremely responsive and easy to communicate with. He assisted my family and friends in booking accommodations in Barbados during the week of our wedding. My husband and I were very pleased with his attentiveness to our guests.

Right off the bat we got a long. He made me feel special important and that our trip success was very important to him. Not hard to tell He is the Manager as he displayed leadership skills patience friendliness and great help. His attention to detail and his ability to really listen to what we wanted and needed to have a great holiday paid off as his recommendation was the best resort we have ever vacationed and we are both in our 60s and like to try different resorts every year. I am proud to call him my travel agent and so pleased l found him as we are not computer say and he took all the headache away from me and made
the arrangements stress free! This is called pure professionalism listening to the needs and delivering the product based on those needs. Bravo to this man for making our visit to Mexico fantastic he also advised us of the perks of travel credit card and was able to give us a discount on a promotion . It's nice to have someone working on your best interests instead of their own. I can't say enough good things about our agent he also ensured our room was close to all the amenities at the huge resort. Bravo everything from start to finish was flawless we were in capable hands and we knew it.

Got married in Mexico September of last year. Absolutely had an amazing time with friends and family. Nephilene Arce suggested Barcelo Maya Resort to us. Amazing resort with lots of amenities. The best resort we’ve stayed in so far. Great place to do a destination wedding. I highly recommed Nephilene, she’s a trip advisor/agent/wedding coordinator! Above and beyond service!
