Terrible Travel Agent

God awful travel agent, was good at the start then once money changed hands disappeared and could never get ahold of her, the point of a travel agent is to make your trip east and worry free and this was the exact opposite Georgia Herdsman is the worst travel agent on planet earth

Travellers BEWARE!

Would not recommend this travel consultant to my worst enemy. She did my nephew's destination wedding package and what a nightmare! Everyone we talked to had trouble with her (Georgia). You only heard from her when she wants your money. Me and my husband travel at least twice a year to Mexico for the past twenty years and I have never had such an incompetent travel consultant and I have dealt with many. BEWARE!

Wedding Guest Review

Georgia started out fine, albeit not as responsive as we would have liked. She did not send many follow ups or check ins and when guests reached out with questions she was slow to respond and acted like she was put out by us. Shortly before we were set to leave it came to light that she forgot to add the middle names of over 10 guests to their bookings. Rather than take any accountability that she did not add full names to our bookings, she deflected, sent extremely unprofessional emails in all caps and charged everyone $250 to fix it or we would not be boarded. Save your money and a headache and either hire someone else or have your guests book themselves. I don't know how someone who calls themselves a "travel expert" can completely miss adding middle names for so many guests when they were provided.
