Banff Caribou Lodge & Spa boasts two newly renovated function spaces for couples to choose from. Both rooms feature windows, clean modern décor, cork floors, recessed lighting, wood trim accents, and individually controlled ELAN sound systems. The Woodlands Meeting Room is a quietly elegant room with tons of natural light located on the first floor of the mountain lodge. The room can accommodate up to 48 guests for banquet seating, or around 64 guests for a standing cocktail reception. The Tundra Meeting Room provides a warm intimate setting, located right beside the Woodlands Room. The same rustic elegance and majestic charm carries into the Tundra Room, which can seat up to 24 guests for an intimate seated reception.

The experienced staff at Banff Caribou Lodge & Spa will work tirelessly to make sure your event is flawless. Catering services are provided by Keg Steakhouse & Bar, the Lodge’s in-house restaurant. Keg Steakhouse is known for their juicy steaks and fresh ingredients. Couples also have the flexibility to bring in outside vendors of their choosing.

Accommodations

Wedding guests are welcome to stay in any of the 190 rooms available at the mountain style hotel. Recently renovated in 2011, each room features luxurious amenities such as deluxe bedding, flat screen TVs, wireless internet, and a mini fridge. Jacuzzi suites are also available at the lodge, complete with a private fireplace and unparalleled views.

Other facilities

Make sure to take advantage of the Keg Steakhouse & Bar and Red Earth Spa during your stay. The full service spa includes six treatment rooms, a 30 person hot pool, and special romance packages.
