Banff Rocky Mountain Resort is a mountain wedding venue located in Banff, Alberta. Surrounded by the majestic peaks of the Canadian Rocky Mountains, this cozy lodge is sure to inspire love in those who wed here. It is nestled within Banff National Park and just a short drive from town, giving couples a secluded retreat close to local amenities.
Facilities and Capacity
This resort is spread across eight acres of pristine wilderness. Cascade Mountain rises over the park like nature’s skyscraper, providing a dramatic backdrop for photo opportunities.
You can exchange vows in the outdoor Pine Meadows event space with this breathtaking view behind you. This space is popular during the mild summer months when couples and their guests can enjoy the scenery and crisp mountain air. Pine Meadows can easily accommodate up to 136 guests.
Inside the lodge, our Grey Wolf and Timber Wolf Rooms are perfect venues for your wedding reception. Both rooms feature floor-to-ceiling windows with mountain views, built-in dance floors, sound system and controlled lighting. Our Grey Wolf can accommodate 136 guests with plated service and 120 guests with buffet service. Our Timber Wolf Room can accomodate up to 96 guests with plated service and 80 guests with buffet service.
Our White Wolf Hospitality Suite with it's comfortable seating, board room table for 10, wet bar and private bath has great flexibility. With some easy furniture rearranging, the White Wolf would be perfect for a small, more intimte wedding of up to 34 guests with buffet service. While the White Wolf Room food services are catered by our in-house restaurant, the hotel will also allow you to set up your own bar and bring in your own alcoholic beverages.
Our White Wolf Suite is also a perfect place for the ladies in your wedding party to gather, dress, sip some champagne and prepare for up coming ceremony. Bonus, there is a murphy bed in the White Wolf, so can be used as a guestroom.

A wedding arch are available for outdoor ceremonies at Pine Meadows. Catering is provided by the on-site restaurant and award winning Chef.
Accommodation
This resort features nicely appointed hotel rooms, studio, one, two & four bedroom suites with living room, kitchen and fireplace. We are happy to extend discounted rates to your wedding guests.
