Having a wedding at the Elora Mill is truly like being part of a fairytale. The town of Elora is quietly picturesque and cobblestoned with so much character and history. Every beautiful detail in the venue itself has been thought about - the exposed wooden beams, the gorgeous chandeliers, the mirror panelled walls and the wood-burning fireplace in the chapel. There are so many amazing locations for photos inside and out.

Right from our very first meeting with the Mill, they went out of their way to treat us as cherished guests - giving us delicious house-made pastries and champagne! Samantha reviewed their packages with us and had answers for all of our (many) questions. We continued to work with Samantha all throughout the planning process and found her to very approachable, responsive, friendly and easy to work with. Samantha and the Mill made wedding planning so much easier by providing many built-in extras - and the service is unmatched. Best of all, they are dog friendly and we were able to include our beloved girl in our day. They are also an inclusive venue which was very important to us.

On our wedding day, Erica served as our concierge and she was the best wingwoman! She really took excellent care of us and always made sure we had something to eat and drink. She assisted with photos, coordinating the rest of the bridal party, keeping things running on time, delivering snacks for the bridal party and even came down into the Elora Gorge with us after our ceremony. She in particular went above and beyond to make sure we had the best day ever.

Catarina ran our rehearsal and ceremony making sure that things went smoothly, the music was perfect, and that everyone knew their place and what to do.

Melissa, our maître’ D, took care of our guests and ensured that all of their needs were met. We had so much excellent feedback on the food, the drinks, the service, the location and how smoothly everything was run.

We feel so fortunate to have been able to get married at this incredible gem of a venue and cannot wait to make a yearly tradition of visiting for our Anniversary. Our most heartfelt thanks to the Elora Mill team for helping us make our dream wedding come true!

Our wedding day was beyond spectacular. My husband and I cannot thank the amazing staff at the Elora Mill enough. From start to finish the entire planning process was seamless and stress free. We want to send a special shoutout to our special events sales consultant, Samantha who worked diligently with us on every detail and explained everything in a manner that really put us at ease and made our dream wedding come true.

Thank you to Catarina for running a seamless rehearsal with us and our family. She made it fun and got us even more excited for the next days adventure.

We did decide to host our rehearsal dinner at the main Elora Mill Restaurant as well, the food and setting was beyond amazing. We just wanted to send a huge thank you to the restaurant team who was able to execute a dinner party of so many people for us, it really elevated our close family and friends experience and gave them a glimpse of what was to come the next day.

On the day of the wedding, we have nothing but positive things to say about each and every staff member who tended to our guests. Everyone was extremely kind and excited for the day. Evan and Mel, who were there to support throughout the day really went above and beyond for us. They were always hyper aware of all that was going on the entire night and their attentiveness really showed through when it came to our guests.

Our concierge Erica was extremely wonderful and really made sure we were taken care of the entire day, she was with us from start to finish from our photo route to end of night dancing. It seemed everytime we turned around she was there to see if we needed anything whether it was big or small, which really made us feel taken care of and stress free the entire day. Even when my husband and I went rouge with our photograph and videographer to get some unscheduled sunset photos, Erica was on it and joined us where we were in case we needed anything. Nothing escaped her, which was amazing!

All of our guests raved about the food from our cocktail service to our reception dinner service, you can really tell those who make it have a passion for their craft. We still have people talking about how amazing it was.

The property itself is stunning and so well taken care of. When you are at the venue it really does feel like you are stepping into a fairytale. We could not of been happier to say we got married at the Elora Mill and we highly recommend anyone who is looking for a venue to book an appointment, you will be blown away with the service and will not be disappointed. The staff here know exactly what they are doing and blew every other venue we toured out of the water.

Thank you to absolutely everyone at the Elora Mill, including all the staff who worked so hard behind the scenes and we didn’t get to meet. Our wedding at the Elora Mill was the most magical day we could’ve ever asked for! There isn’t one thing we would have changed. The staff at the Elora Mill especially Samantha, Erica, Tyson and Evan truly exceeded our expectations and made sure us and our guests were taken care of the entire night. Even the planning process with the Samantha leading up to the wedding was amazing - we didn’t even need a wedding planner! Our guests can’t stop talking about how amazing the food and service was! The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous and the town of Elora is right out of a fairytale! I could not recommend Elora Mill enough and we will definitely be back to celebrate our anniversary! ❤️

Elora Mill was without a doubt the best choice we could’ve ever made for a wedding venue. Every single person we interacted with at the Mill was professional and hardworking, and they made our day so smooth and fun. While the whole team was incredible, we could not say enough good things about Erica, who helped make sure we were taken care of from the beginning of the day to the end of the day! She was meticulous in making sure we had everything we need, and we are so grateful for how she not only met our every need, but also anticipated them!

We are so happy to have gotten married here at the Mill and would encourage anyone who is considering the Mill to go for our. We got our fairy tale wedding day and I don’t think it would have been as amazing anywhere else!

We just had the most amazing wedding two weeks ago at Elora Mill. It was straight out of a magical fairytale. We had the most amazing day! All our guests have been telling us it was the best wedding they have ever been to. All of the staff on the events team, namely Samantha, Erica, Tyson, just to name a few! The team knows exactly what they are doing and they have thought of every little detail. From the planning process, our amazing tasting night, and the rehearsal/ wedding itself - everything was amazing. The venue is absolutely stunning, you have to visit to see it for yourself. You will be blown away by the beauty of the whole property and surrounding area. It was so wonderful to have our special day here. Our only regret, the day went by too fast! I wish we could have stayed there partying with our guests forever. We can’t wait to return every year for our anniversary. You have a supporter for life Elora Mill! We held our wedding at the mill a couple days ago, and every time I think back on my day I feel so emotional. They did such an incredible job taking care of us and running our event. Every single person I spoke to spoke so highly about the quality of the food, the beautiful venue, and incredible service. Emily, Sommer and Julia exceeded our expectations on every level and my family was so grateful and amazed by them. It was the most perfect day and they are a huge reason for that. We already have our anniversary booked for next year and i cant wait. Thank you so much to all the staff!!

We could not have asked for a more perfect venue to celebrate our wedding. The Elora team was beyond wonderful and made the experience everything we could have dreamed of and more. When we started looking for the venue Ty was quick to arrange a tour for us to see Elora and was so quick with replying about venue details. Elora Mill was our top choice for the beauty of Elora and luxury amenities of Elora Mill Hotel and Spa. Elora Mill was our first venue that we went to see and immediately said yes to it! We were greeted by Raylene , who was so warm ,kind , and knowledgeable and we can sense her passion for the job by helping couples to plan a stress free wedding. From the first meeting, and throughout the whole planning experience, Raylene and Sam exceeded our expectations. We also want to thank Elora Mill staff, Cassie and Melissa were so quick to reply to all of our questions leading up to the wedding. Lauren , our coordinator for the day was extremely helpful and made sure we have a seamless wedding. She was supportive all day long and you could trust her with anything that day, and she would make it work. Michelle and Cameron were helping us with before and after set-up and everything decor related, and we were amazed how beautiful everything looked. We cannot thank Elora Mill team for making our dream wedding come true.
