We had our wedding at Executive Plaza Hotel Coq in May 2017. We absolutely loved the venue, and the hotel itself. It had such a beautiful entrance which gave us a chance to take some amazing pics. The food was soo amazing, we picked steak & salmon for our wedding & all our guest just loved it! Linda was awesome, she was so easy to communicate with, answered all of our questions as soon as possible and was there the WHOLE night during our wedding (so was the manager) Linda, the Manger and the team managed to quickly accommodate my needs by taking my rented chiffon chairs from the outside ceremony to the reception, within 30 mins! They let me turn the Ball Rooms into everything I dreamed of.
A very big PLUS. you get discounts by using the hotels florist (which is amazing) and hotels decorator, they include the cake & you have a the beautiful honeymoon suit to start your new life as husband and wife.

Our overall experience with holding our wedding reception at Executive Inn Coquitlam was amazing and we even booked the hotel rooms for us and our family to stay before and afterwards. When you enter the hotel, it feels warm, cozy and classy. The location is central to a Skytrain station and many restaurants, which was great for family visiting from out-of-town. The hotel staff was attentive and made me feel so special as the bride. The reception food was delicious and our guests raved about it days later!

Most importantly, I have to give a special shout-out to Linda, who was part of the wedding planning journey with me and my husband since the beginning, and was a major part in making our reception so magical. Wedding planning is stressful but every time we met with Linda, we knew everything would be ok all thanks to her warmth, care and passion to celebrate our love. Thank you Linda for everything you did for us.

We booked a room block at the Executive Plaza Hotel for our wedding guests, as it was just a 10 minute drive or a short transit ride to our wedding venue. They offered us a great deal on the room block, and even let my husband and I upgrade our own room to a suite so we could use it to get ready in the morning of the wedding. They were very accommodating the day of the wedding- we had members of the wedding party, hair and makeup artists, florists, photographers, and more coming and going from our room, and they made it easy for us to have that all going on even though I'm sure it was more work for them!

Was an amazing taste for food, the chef and kitchen staff were superior! The only two issues were that there was no microphone for gazeebo and that there was no time for pictures as another wedding was booked right after ours. Our wedding planner was always amazing through out the planning process and right there to guide the wedding party to walk down the red carpet! The decor lady really had out done herself! Thanks for a memorable day!

Jeremy eased all the stress from our wedding day. He took care of all the details and our day was so relaxed and stress free. Leading up to the wedding he helped coordinate everything in a very professional and timely manner. He helped us feel completely at ease and accommodated for any last minute changes.

Words can’t describe how perfectly they executed my vision. Absolutely amazing. My guests wouldn’t stop raving about how great the food was!

We did our ceremony and reception plus a cocktail hour here and everyone loved it.
