With over 10 years’ experience as a Conference Service Manager, Wendy started her hotel career at the Four Seasons in Vancouver working on both the Reservations and Front Desk teams. After moving to Whistler in 2001, Wendy started working at Fairmont Chateau Whistler at the front desk before transitioning into the Conference Services department in the Coordinator position. Whether skiing, mountain biking, hiking, or paddleboarding, BC-native Wendy loves to enjoy an active outdoor lifestyle. She also loves adventuring in new and unique destinations world-wide with her husband and son.

Born and raised in Kitchener, Ontario Canada, Stephanie has always had an innate passion for hospitality. Thirteen years ago, she began her career at a fine dining restaurant, then transitioned to hotels in 2009 starting at Delta 2009, working as Front Desk Agent & Night Auditor. She has a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Hotel and Food Administration from the University of Guelph and has been an integral part of the Conference Services team at Fairmont Chateau Whistler for the past two years. Stephanie aims to continuously elevate standards and creativity while exceeding guest expectations. She loves Whistler and enjoys getting out into nature by biking, hiking, skiing, snowshoeing, and camping. In addition to spending time with her family, friends, and sweet pooch, Phillie, Stephanie is a self-professed sucker for romantic movies and is a foodie at heart. She loves to explore good food and great wine, especially big, bold warm reds. She also enjoys travelling the world and aims to visit all seven continents.

Julie has always been passionate about Hospitality. She started her career with Delta Hotels and Resorts in 2011 in Kananaskis, Alberta where she gained experience in a variety of operational roles from Front Office, Guest Services, Housekeeping, and Banquets. Julie held leadership roles in Housekeeping and Front Office before expanding into the Conference Services department. With a Bachelor of Commerce Co-op in Hotel & Food Administration, Julie joined the Fairmont Chateau Whistler team in 2016. Between events, Julie enjoys spending time in the kitchen, cooking, and baking, and she is also an avid runner.

Hilary attended Fanshawe College Ontario to study Hotel and Restaurant Management. While travelling abroad she worked operations in a variety of restaurants and bars. When she lived in the UK, Hilary managed many restaurants including Hush and Otto in central London. After moving back to Canada Hilary managed a fast-paced, modern Pan Asian Grill in Vancouver. Hilary moved to Whistler with her husband and son and became Conference Services Manager at the Hilton. After working in both conference services and sales with the Hilton for 7 years, she joined the Fairmont Chateau Whistler in September 2017. Hilary enjoys hiking and spending time outdoors with her family. She also enjoys all things culinary and wine!

Born and raised in London, England, Rhiannon discovered her passion for hospitality from a young age. After working at the Marriot in London Rhiannon travelled to Canada in 2011. Settling in British Columbia Rhiannon worked in the Front Office at the Westin Bayshores in Vancouver whilst studying for her Tourism Management Diploma. Three years ago Rhiannon made the move to Whistler to enjoy the things she loved; Skiing, snowboarding, and hiking. After two years in the Front office at the Fairmont Chateau Whistler Rhiannon made the transition into conference services.

Jason's passion for cooking began at an early age with him perfecting the grilled cheese sandwich at the young age of five. Fast forward 20 years to Jason graduating with a diploma in Hotel & Restaurant Management from Loyalist College of Applied Arts & Technology. Jason continued his studies at George Brown College of Applied Arts & Technology Culinary Arts earning a diploma in Culinary Management. In Jason's 18 years with Fairmont Hotels and Resorts he has successfully worked with chefs from around the world in various roles at Fairmont Properties throughout Canada, the United States of America, Egypt, and Dubai.
