- Waterfront Foyer - capacity for 300 standing guests for pre-dinner cocktail hour
- Mackenzie Ballroom - capacity for 80-150 seated guests
- Mackenzie Room I & II - capacity for 70 seated guests each
- Malaspina Room - capacity for 100 seated guests

Awesome food and service
Wonderful venue with an amazing coordinator and team!
The venue itself is quite beautiful and doesn’t require too much decorations either (another selling point). The ballrooms and foyer were spacious enough for all our guests and we were able to fully utilize the space.
I do really want to thank the entire Fairmont team at Waterfront as they made our wedding day quite magical from the beginning to the very end. There is definitely no regrets on our end for choosing this beautiful venue.

The icing on the cake was truly, Nicole Folino - the coordinator for Fairmont Waterfront. I can't think of an email which she did not reply to the same day. This was particularly helpful because we were planning our wedding in Vancouver from Los Angeles. With Nicole, you are guaranteed to plan your perfect wedding! We certainly did!

Meet the team
I began my journey in hospitality 20 years ago as a junior server at the Fairmont Waterfront and in my tenure, I rounded out my skill set by working in various food and beverage management positions, leading me to my current role of a wedding and event specialist.
I have also had the opportunity to broaden my horizons by working at other venues within the city of Vancouver before returning ‘home’ to Fairmont Waterfront.
Over the years, I have been fortunate to form strong relationships with some of the city’s premier vendors; from planners to decorators, florists and photographers and now look forward to being able to share my experiences and connections with you.
I believe that your special day is just that – your day and it’s our mission to make it special. I believe that in today’s times there are no longer rules about what is right for a wedding; it’s about what is right for you!
