We had a small wedding with 7 people back in September 2022 at the Hilton and it was perfect! We had Danielle as our wedding coordinator and she made the process very easy and helped us with everything along the way! We were up in the presidential suite for our ceremony with an absolutely amazing view and gigantic suite that we got to stay in that our coordinator decorated for us and even incorporated all of the wedding decorations we brought up the day before and went out and got some additional decor to make it perfect for us.

We got to take photos with the photographer included in our wedding package from Modern Vision Photography who were more than exceptional and highly exceeded our expectations for the location of the photos and bringing us to a beautiful garden even though we didn’t plan it ahead of time and we’re so accommodating and everyone gave us the most perfect experience!

For our food Danielle was able to book us into the watermark private dining room for the night before our wedding which all of my guests agreed had the absolute best view in Niagara Falls and was the best meal they had ever eaten. For the night of the wedding Danielle helped us set up a beautiful dining table to fit all our guests in the suite where we catered in food and they were more than accommodating to help us make our meal perfect. They even sent me a surprise dessert of chocolate strawberries afterwards - which are my favourite!

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience working with the Hilton and Danielle to coordinate the most perfect wedding for us and there is not a single thing I would have changed or hoped would be different. I could not recommend this enough to any future brides out there!

We had an amazing wedding here with so many compliments from our guests ! Can not believe how perfect and smooth everything went - The staff took care of everything and made our day stress free. Danielle was awesome and personable and did a great job along with the rest of the Hilton staff making our day perfect. The venue was beautiful and provided lots of room for everyone. From the planning stages to checkout the service was exceptional. Daniele truly made it a stress-free, enjoyable, memorable, PERFECT wedding experience. So happy to have had the pleasure of working with her, would not have it any other way.

The wedding planner Tiffany is amazing, quick to respond to emails and the stuff that all is included makes me have my dream wedding within my budget !! Not to mention the view of the falls, makes for a special atmosphere. Definitely recommend checking them out! I am super excited for my wedding next February with them!

The Hilton team was helpful, courteous and supportive of our wedding every step of the way. Tiffany was the greatest champion of our ideas and helped make sure we’re have a wedding no one would forget. She was kind, helpful and fun; she stayed on top of our emails and kept us on schedule. The weekend of our wedding was sheer perfection. The staff were helpful to each of our guests and accommodated all our requests. Thanks to them, we had nothing but focus and fun for our wedding day.

From start to finish the planning process and actual wedding day were seamless. Tiffany was great to work with... extremely patient, supportive, flexible and organized. Tiffany was always available to meet with us when necessary and quick to return emails and phone calls. Christina and Tiffany were there for our menu tasting which by the way was fabulous. The two of them were also on site the day before the wedding and throughout the day of. Their help that day was truly appreciated. The hors d'oeuvres were fabulous...a great assortment! Our dinner menu was extremely tasty and beautifully presented and the poutine station set up for late night was a great success. The Hilton offers a wonderful selection of wedding packages and was very competitively priced for the Niagara Falls area. There were also some wonderful perks and add ons available.
