Facilities and capacity
The stunning Bellevue Ballroom on the 6th floor shows the breathtaking views of the Kingston Waterfront. This flexible area can hold up to 250 guests or 400 in a theatre style setting. There is also the option to divide the it for more intimate celebrations or medium sized events.
The Islandview Ballroom on the 6th floor features panoramic waterfront windows and can seat up to 160 guests for a plated meal, or 180 for a cocktail event.
For micro weddings and small events, more intimate spaces are available such as Junction and Crawford room. Level with the water, experience the beautiful views in a smaller setting, while you bathe in the natural light that fills the space, and the brightness that the 16 foot ceilings the Junction offers. The private dining room, The Cove, is also a fitting space for intimate dining with a small group.
Services offered
Couples can enjoy services such as accommodations, cake cutting, dessert, the provision of a bridal suite, set up and clean up, event rentals and planning as well as coordination with outside vendors. Provided items consist of staffing, audio equipment, a dance floor, tables and chairs, barware, China, flatware, glassware and linens.
Cuisine
Their talented chef has carefully designed banquet menus to reflect a wide variety of tastes and preferences. Future newlyweds can also choose from catering options such as a buffet, cocktail reception, dessert, family style, French service, hors d'oeuvres, outside cake, plated food, the use of server(s), stations and tastings. The bar can be cash, open or limited and consists of:
