  Catering: September Wedding

  We had hosted our wedding at SAIT, and Hotel Arts is the required caterer for the venue. Our experience with Alison leading up to the wedding was great, she was always very responsive and responded to emails quickly. Our tasting was fantastic, drinks and food were both wonderful and the signature drinks created for our Harry Potter theme (a non-alcoholic butter beer and a felix felicis).
  
  On the day, the food was great. Our guests absolutely raved about how good the gnocchi was. The bar service was unfortunately terrible, with the bartender being horribly rude to us and our guests. Worst part is that the signature cocktail for me (the bride) was nothing like what we had at our tasting and the bartender did not have the ingredients needed to fix it.
  
  Alison worked hard to make up for the mishap, which we both greatly appreciated. The bartender is no longer with Hotel Arts and therefore this would not be a concern for any other couples looking to work with them.

  Great Venue with AMAZING food

  I’d like to first thank Marcie our event manager at Hotel Arts, she was absolutely the best, she answered all of our questions patiently and promptly! The food was AMAZING! We got the buffet menu with a carving station, a lot of our guests told us that it was so delicious! The salmon was my favourite. Booking Hotel Arts for our reception was definitely the best decision!

  Beautiful place to get married

  The venue was really beautiful, the staff made every effort to ensure we were satisfied with their service.
  
  The only thing I would encourage is to make sure you ask all the questions regarding pricing. Sometimes it might sound that something is included but ensure that it is.
  
  It’s all about the correct planning and covering all your bases.
  
  Overall it was a good experience.

  Five stars all the way

  We knew from the first meeting with Brittany that we were in for a treat. Hotel Arts did a perfect job catering our brunch reception. They had the best-looking menu of the vendors we explored, AND the best value. Along the way, they offered to help in extra ways, such as storing and chilling our drinks so we would have one fewer thing to worry about, or helping to flip the room. Any questions or concerns we had were promptly addressed. On the day itself, our guests raved about the food.
  We cannot say enough things about Hotel Arts. Do yourself a favor and make sure to check them out!

  Could not ask for a better venue!

  I can not say enough good things about hotel arts and specifically Brian! He was so helpful and kind, I always had my questions answered. They went above and beyond when my decor vendor failed to deliver the uplighting and really helped to bring our vision to life. Everyone at my wedding LOVED the food the first thing I heard from everyone was how good everything was. The chef made Indian based food and honestly did an AMAZING job (even better than some Indian restaurants ) and the carving station was a hit! Brian helped in every way even let us into the hall a day early to set up. I had several friends and family compliment the wedding and I can honestly say that hotel arts was the main reason everything turned out so well. Brian is the kindest person I met in the process of planning our wedding and really helped save my sanity !

  Wedding Venue: Hotel Arts

  As we are in the beginning stages of getting our ducks in a row, I am happy to say that we are off to a great start! Brian with HA is friendly and accommodating. I am excited to have Brian help me along the way!

  Hotel Arts was amazing! The food was beyond incredible. Our guests were raving about it and still do. The venue space is beautiful and really helped us achieve the feel we wanted for our wedding. Brian was great to work with! I would recommend Hotel Arts in a heartbeat!

  If i could give hotel arts 7/5 I would, because they were so amazing, there are no words to explain. Brian was absolutely phenomenal to deal with. The service on the night of was amazing, and the food was over the top delicious. Everything EVERYTHING was just incredible. Working with Brian and Hotel Arts is what made our wedding the unbelievable dream that it was. So happy that this is the venue where we chose to have our wedding. perfection.

  Hotel Arts took the stress out of planning a wedding, everything came together so perfectly and we never felt overwhelmed by the experience! The coordinator Brian was unbelievable, he helped us along every step
  Of the way and became such an important part to our day! I would have any and every event here if possible.. I can't say enough great things!
