We offerseveral different bar service options:

No Host Bar or Cash Bar - Each guest must pay for their own drinks on an individual basis, payment can be made with cash, credit card or debit card

Toonie Bar - Guests will be charged $2 per drink or $4 for a double, and the remaining cost wil be put on a tab to be paid by the bride and groom. Payment can be made with cash, credit card or debit card.

Drink Tickets - Guests will be given drink tickets to give to the bartender for their drinks. The bride and groom will be resonsible for covering the xosts of the redeemed drink tickets only. For example if you give out 100 drink tickets but only 80 are redeemed, you;ll be charged for 80 drinks.

Host Bar - Guests ar not required to pay for their own drinks, drinks served are tracked and the bride and groom are responsible for covering the tab. You pay only for what it actually consumed.

*it is not uncommon to do a combination of the bar service options, for example you could have a toonie bar in effect for a cocktail hour period with a cash bar to be in effect after that periiod of time. Or you can have a Host Bar for a specific amount of time (cocktail hour) that switches to a No Host Bar (for dinner and dancing).

The Stemwinder Bar and Grill on the base of the Kimberley Alpine Resort is one of our most popular reception venues on resort. It's warm rustic lodge style charm is perfect for groups of 50-180 guests. All of our menus are completely customizable to fit you and your guests' needs.

Dinner buffet catering menus are available in Stemwinder Restaurant for a minimum 50 people. All dinners include freshly brewed regular and decaffeinated coffee and assorted teas.
