  A wonderful venue!

  My daughter and ger husband had their wedding event Aug 17 in The Old O Heritage Barn. What a lovely venue!! The charm and ambiance speaks for itself. We opted to hold both the ceremony and reception/dance in the barn. With a small close down for switch over, Cheryl and her team pulled it together flawlessly. Main buffet meal and then late night snacks around 10 pm were delicious. I had heard the facility updated some staff and policies, and every staff we encountered from housekeepers, to front desk staff and the amazing service team at the barn all night were stellar. A bonus: the barn has a/c as they have heat pumps. My only suggestion would have been to turn the a/c up a smidge during dinner and dance. A+

  Perfect venue for a wedding reception

  This was a great venue for our wedding reception. The venue accommodated all our requests (local beers/wine, dance floor, projector and screen for a slide show, microphones for speeches) and prep room. Cheryl was also very organised and talked us through the whole plan so we were at ease during the evening. The room was set up well, the layout of the dinner tables, location of the bar, and view of the valley were all also great. They worked well with the DJ to make the dinner to dance floor transition seamless. The food was also good, even if the vegetarian options could have been more flavourful. The fish was excellent. A lot of our guests also stayed at the hotel. Overall, an easy venue to recommend.

  Cheryl is amazing!

  Due to circumstances, we had to cancel our 2020 wedding. BUT, we had an entire wedding weekend planned at Old Orchard Inn & Spa. Cheryl, the Events & Wedding Account Manager is fabulous to work with. From the very beginning she made the wedding planning experience so stress-free. Old Orchard Inn is a MUST see if you're looking for a wedding venue. It was the first one we looked at and Cheryl had us completely sold. I know that if we had been able to do our large wedding there, the day would have gone smoothly. As the main contact for our wedding planning, she was an excellent reflection of the service at Old Orchard Inn.

  Everything That a Bride Could Wish For

  I cannot say enough good things about the Old Orchard Inn, and I don’t think anyone anywhere had a better wedding experience than we did!
  My husband and I got married there November 2nd, 2019, and because we were only engaged for two months before getting married, there was a lot to do with extremely little time. My husband and I were a little lost about where to start, but the Wedding coordinator Cheryl Nauss went above and beyond and helped walk us through and even provided a few solid resources to help us get the ball rolling. She and the staff were beyond accommodating and supportive to us and our families, from start to finish. (The mindset seemed to be “whatever you need to make this work, we’re here to help!” (And those are magical words to a stressed-out bride)!) Even the staff who weren’t directly involved with the wedding itself knew who were were, and treated us, our families, and friends with so much kindness, and were so sweet and excited for us! I recall Cheryl and two other members of hotel staff standing by the doors up until the last seconds before my dad and I walked down the aisle, helping me to straighten the train to my dress and veil and reminding me to breathe lol!
  The venue was beautiful and exactly what we had hoped for. And the food was... Oh my goodness, wow, the FOOD was Really delicious. (The restaurant has since become our regular venue for special family dinners now).
  Weddings are supposedly the the most stressful event of your whole life, and without being too cliche, ours was a magical and totally wonderful experience with minimal stress thanks to the maximum support we had!
  Big fans of the Old Orchard Inn, highly recommend!!!

  Phenomenal Experience!

  The Old O was everything we could have hoped for and more! The venue was beautiful, everything went as planned! They did an excellent job at communicating with us throughout the entire planning phase. Better yet the wedding planner employed by the Old O works in house, she is very knowledgeable and just all around a wonderful lady! The entire staff at the venue was professional and friendly. We really can't say enough how glad we were that we chose the Old O for our special day.

  Amazing staff and venue!

  Cheryl was amazing to deal with from the start! Her and the kitchen staff were very accommodating to what we were really looking for for our meal! The food was AMAZING, I am still hearing about how great the buffett style food was! Great prices for everything. The barn was absolutely beautiful and exactly what we were looking for. And it was great to have cabins nearby for people to stay so no traveling! Honestly we couldnt of picked a better place, i have zero negative things to say about the old orchard and will definitely be coming back for our 1 year anniversary!:) thanks again

  Elegant all-inclusive reception and dinner for 30 guests

  Reception and sit down dinner for 30 people. Meals were prepared to specifications including special dietary restrictions for a few guests, and service at every table was efficient, prompt, fluid and timely; hot and fresh from the kitchen. Wedding planner assisted us every step of the way in accommodating and delivering a fun celebration that received very favorable comments from our guests.

  Reception and sit down dinner for 30 people. Meals were prepared to specifications including special dietary restrictions for a few guests, and service at every table was efficient, prompt, fluid and timely; hot and fresh from the kitchen. Wedding planner assisted us every step of the way in accommodating and delivering a fun celebration that received very favorable comments from our guests.

  Great Venue with lots of character, exceptional service!

  We have had the pleasure of working with this venue on multiple occasions with our clients. Very accommodating with great service and great food. We love how there are multiple areas to have weddings on site which can range from a barn style wedding to a beautiful fireside ceremony. Great views and overall a great experience...well worth a visit!

  Wedding experience

  Old orchard inn was absolutely a perfect location for our wedding, we wanted a simple valley barn wedding, which is exactly what they provided. The staff were very respectful, fast at answering an questions day or night and the food and servicewas fabulous. They made our wedding day flawless- no issues to be concerned about. I would highly recommend this as venue for wedding !!!
