  Highly recommend!

  We had such a wonderful experience hosting our wedding at One King West! After visiting multiple sites throughout Toronto, we landed on One King West for four key reasons:
  
  1) The ballroom Just stunning and perfectly spacious for our 175 guests, the high ceilings really give it a luxe feel.
  
  2) The location. Right in the heart of downtown, and with plenty of nearby parking options for our guests.
  
  3) The food. We had always heard amazing things about the culinary team at OKW, and we knew we made the right choice once we did a tasting menu. So many great options to choose from, you won't be disappointed!
  
  4) The payment method; we were able to charge all venue-related costs to our credit cards, which made managing payments so much easier.
  
  We have to give a special shout-out to Shunell, who was our wedding specialist. Throughout the entire planning process, she was always timely with her responses and went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect on our special day. From coordinating with our vendors to accommodating last-minute changes, her professionalism and support truly alleviated a ton of pressure for us.
  
  All in all, we highly recommend considering One King West for your wedding!

  Shunell Wilson at One King West is AMAZING!

  We had the absolute pleasure of having Shunell Wilson as our venue coordinator at One King West. She was the very first impression of our wedding planning journey and she truly made the process so easy. Any couple that has the opportunity to work with Shunell is very lucky. Our wedding was absolutely perfect and it would not be possible without Shunell and the staff at One King West. Our guests LOVED the food and said the venue was beautiful. Thank you to One King West and Shunell!

  Wedding - September 28, 2024

  We had our wedding at One King West on September 28, 2024. Everything was PERFECTION. The venue space was breathtaking, the food was incredible, and the service was met at the highest of standards. The wedding planner at One King West, Angela Settecase, went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly and efficiently for us. Angela even worked with us, and with our hired wedding planner for months leading up to the big day. She exceeded expectations and made this experience so wonderful and stress-free. Thank you, Angela!

  We had our wedding at One King West on September 28, 2024. Everything was PERFECTION. The venue space was breathtaking, the food was incredible, and the service was met at the highest of standards. The wedding planner at One King West, Angela Settecase, went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly and efficiently for us.   Dream Wedding Venue

  We had our wedding reception at the Grand Banking Hall in One King West Hotel, and it was nothing short of spectacular! The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous—my (now) husband and I only toured this location during our search and instantly fell in love. The moment we walked in, we knew it was the perfect place for our big day.
  
  A huge shoutout to our wedding coordinator, Shunell, who was simply amazing! She answered every single question I had (and I had many!) and always replied promptly. The entire staff at One King West was phenomenal, from the service to the setup, and we couldn't have asked for a better team.
  
  The food was beyond delicious, and we received so many compliments from our guests about how great everything tasted. The entire experience was seamless, and One King West truly made our dream wedding a reality.
  
  If you’re looking for a stunning venue with exceptional service, we highly recommend One King West Hotel! They exceeded all of our expectations and helped create a magical day that we’ll cherish forever.

  The best team and venue!

  Angela S and everyone at OKW were so professional! They made sure our wedding day was everything we hoped it would be. Angela was very responsive, professional and provided us with a lot of support. She was able to make things possible and made sure the day flowed seamlessly. The food at OKW was spectacular, my guests are still letting me know how great it was, not only the taste but the portion size as well.
  The venue speaks for itself! It’s beyond gorgeous and something different than a traditional hall. We couldn’t have been happier with our choice of having our reception at OKW. We’d relive the day over and over if we could. Thank you again to everyone who helped assist us on our special day.

  South Asian Wedding and Reception 2024

  Hosting our wedding and reception at OKW was one of the best decisions! We fell in love with the charm and grandeur ambiance of the venue when we first booked in 2022.
  
  We've had a total of three venue coordinators in the past two years from OKW, however Angela D and Shunell were the best and always on top of all the details. They were professional, answered all of our questions, and were flexible with our package customization.
  
  Chef Akshay and his team made the most amazing custom South Asian brunch and dinner for our wedding day. When we first had our taste tasting we knew we made the right decision to go with OKW kitchen and trusted Chef Akshay with all the dishes. Shunell was present on the day of taste testing and she made notes of the changes we would like to have with the dishes. To be honest, there weren't many changes, everything tasted amazing! We're still getting so many compliments from our guests, and how much they enjoyed the food!
  
  Our entire experience with OKW was great, and we highly recommend it to all future couples! Thank you so much for a wonderful experience!

  Incredible place to have your wedding

  We got married at One King West in June 2024. We cannot recommend them enough. It's a gorgeous, historic venue that cares about their guests and serves excellent food. Simply put, it was an incredible place to get married, and they did everything they possibly could to make sure our wedding was amazing.
  
  From the hotel employees to the event staff, everyone that works their is incredibly kind and helpful. The location itself is gorgeous but, to us, the level and quality of the staff and service is what sets it apart as a wedding venue. Our planner/point of contact at One King West was Shunell. She is amazing at her job. She made sure everything went smoothly and was very flexible as we planned our weekend of events at One King West.
  
  The food was also amazing; several of our guests commented on how good it was. We had the opportunity to meet the chef multiple times before the day of our event, and we appreciated how flexible he was in crafting our menu.   45 Person Wedding

  Our experience with our planner, Angela De Buono and the whole One King West team, was amazing! The food portions were generous and delicious, and the hotel was super accommodating for some rather restrictive diets of a few of our guests. There are very few venue options for weddings with around 50 guests in Toronto, especially if you want the ceremony and the reception all in one location, and none as beautiful as One King West. Additionally, we got the use of two hotel rooms for my bride and me to get ready the day of the wedding and an even more beautiful bridal suite for the night, which was all included. This is on top of the historic beauty of the two-story Chairman's Boardroom and Austin Room for our ceremony and reception respectively, from what was originally a bank in the 1910. With its ability to accommodate events of 30 - 350, I would definitely give One King West at least a look over if you are planning a social or corporate event.
