Absolute 10/10 wedding venue
Unmatched by any other venue! The staff was exceptional, the execution was flawless, and the attention to detail was beyond impressive. It was truly a pleasure working with Angela S., whose dedication made everything seamless. On top of that, every single staff member, including the hotel manager (Lance—thank you so much for saving not just my wedding day but also the wedding night) and the banquet manager (Reggie—thank you so much for saving my 1st anniversary already, the wedding cake!), were outstanding. An absolute pleasure from start to finish! -

I had my wedding at One King West on August 23rd, 2024 and we couldn't be happier with our choice! We were looking for a venue that had some historical charm, and One King West and it's Banking Hall reception space immediately stole our hearts. Angela, our wedding coordinator at the venue was also the most pleasant and flexible venue contact that we had met with, and we knew that we were in good hands.
The whole planning process was enjoyable because Angela was such a pleasure to work with, she always communicated with us on time, worked hand in hand with our wedding planner, and gave us great advice on how to make our wedding day even more...One King West's reply:

Dream come true is an understatement!
Shunell Wilson is crazy amazing!!! she was our cordinator and god was she was a blessing. We been dealing with her for over a year now and she made our dreams come true. Shunell went over and beyond, even after the wedding making sure we had a great time. The venue was BREATHTAKING !! EVERYONE WAS AMAZED!!! Thank you to Shunell and the One King West Team for everyone going over and beyond.. I want to add how amazing the food was, 12/10. The beauty of this venue, the friendly staff and the delicious food made for a wonderful evening. -

We had such a wonderful experience hosting our wedding at One King West! After visiting multiple sites throughout Toronto, we landed on One King West for four key reasons:
1) The ballroom Just stunning and perfectly spacious for our 175 guests, the high ceilings really give it a luxe feel.
2) The location. Right in the heart of downtown, and with plenty of nearby parking options for our guests.
3) The food. We had always heard amazing things about the culinary team at OKW, and we knew we made the right choice once we did a tasting menu. So many great options to choose from, you won't be disappointed!

We had the absolute pleasure of having Shunell Wilson as our venue coordinator at One King West. We had our wedding at One King West on September 28, 2024. Everything was PERFECTION. The venue space was breathtaking, the food was incredible, and the service was met at the highest of standards. The wedding planner at One King West, Angela Settecase, went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly and efficiently for us. Angela even worked with us, and with our hired wedding planner for months leading up to the big day. She exceeded expectations and made this experience so wonderful and stress-free.
