SpringHill Suites provided excellent accommodations for us and our wedding guests. Miranda was incredibly pleasant, knowledgeable and easy to work with throughout the entire planning process. Would highly recommend! -

My wife and I booked SpringHill Suites for our wedding. Miranda Roswell was an excellent point of contact and made the reservation process seamless and effortless. Miranda gave my family a tour of the rooms, which are clean and aesthetic, prior to discussing any paperwork. We dropped off welcome bags for our guests last minute and they were flexible and accommodating. I would recommend SpringHill for all couples looking to book a wedding block! Right from the get-go Miranda Rowswell was really responsive on emails! She was the reason why I booked my party block room in Springhill Suites. Wedding Planning can be really stressful but she made it super easy for me! My whole guests who flew from different countries told me that the room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The free parking and complimentary breakfast were bonus! Miranda was super helpful throughout the whole process. I had a lot of questions and she was very patient and passionate with her job. She also helped me booked the conference room so my bridesmaids and I can do our makeup and hair with our glam team! She made my whole experience as a bride super memorable! I also want to add that I forgot my white robe that was a gift from my mother-in-law and the cleaners kept it for me! I am very satisfied with this hotel and definitely recommend to everyone!SpringHill Suites by Marriott's reply:

I would highly recommend SpringHill Suites in Vaughan for any event. We specifically needed a hotel in this area for our recent wedding. Miranda was our point of contact and she was amazing. We inquired through email to the hotel if we could book a room block and Miranda quickly organized us a contract to move forward with. We weren't tied to anything which made it so much easier in terms of flexibility. Miranda kept in contact with us to let us know who has book, and if we had any questions. We had some guests that ended up booking last minute and Miranda quickly added them to block of rooms to ensure they received the discount as well. We went with a guest to check in and the front desk service was fabulous. They were so sweet and welcoming. When we checked in they were able to allow us into the room earlier than the stated check in time which allowed us to focus on the wedding. The rooms were large and spacious included items like a microwave and mini fridge which was wonderful additions. We truly enjoyed our stay and check out was a breeze. We easily let the front desk know we were checking out and gave them back the room keys. Thank you so much to Miranda and her team they were truly incredible and ensured I did not have to think about the accommodations and instead focus on enjoying our wedding.
