The Fairmont Banff Springs offers beautiful event spaces. Be it a small gathering of 10 or a grand reception of 900, the venue can accommodate events of any size and style. Located at the north end of the castle, the Cascade Ballroom offers a stunning panoramic view of the Bow Valley from the adjacent conservatory. Eight breathtaking chandeliers, hardwood floors, and decorations of blue, burgundy, and gold make this ballroom perfect for a wedding celebration. Your guests will be awestruck as they step through the custom cast bronze door and into the Spanish Renaissance-styled Alhambra Ballroom. It boasts large windows, high ceilings, and the four chandeliers that cast the perfect radiance as your guests dance the night away. It is perfect for ceremonies and receptions and can accommodate up to 220 guests. Alternatively, the Ivor Petrak Room is an intimate space is perfect for hosting beautiful ceremonies and receptions with up to 60 guests. The Outdoor Terrace is an amazing ceremony venue with extensive views of the Bow Valley enclosed by mountains. It has the capacity for 180 guests. Along with its natural beauty and charm, it is close to the wedding reception spaces and hotel amenities. Additionally, there are the Angus & Strathcona Rooms and Mount Stephen Hall that are available for use.

Wedding services include the ceremony rental for one hour, set up and removal of chairs, registry desk and chair, guestbook table, and gift table, two oak pillars, complete set up of your wedding banquet room. Newlyweds and their guests are invited to spend a relaxing night in the hotel. It features 757 guestrooms and suites that are elegantly decorated and equipped with modern amenities. Couples can use a spacious suite to prepare for the big day or spend their wedding night in a romantic room with panoramic views. Phenomenal Venue!
Beyond this, we are so incredibly grateful to the staff for making this a wonderful experience for us! The valet, front desk, culinary, and logistical staff went out of their way to make us feel special and valued. We so appreciated their flexibility, responsiveness, and true excitement for our day! We initially were booked with a different venue and unexpectedly had to change plans, but we are so glad that we did. The warmth and service that we felt from the Fairmont Banff Springs was more than we ever experienced at our initial venue. The fairmont is expensive, but it truly felt 100% worth it! They know how to make it an incredible experience.
