Facilities and Capacity

The venue offers a selection of indoor and outdoor event spaces for both intimate and large weddings. The gazebo is the ideal place for outdoor ceremonies. Waring Hall hosts ceremonies and receptions that can accommodate up to 175 guests. Along with a portable dance floor, the hall also has nine chandeliers, an audio system, a microphone, and a built-in screen. Another event space option is the Prince Edward Room, situated in the main house, featuring a gorgeous fireplace and seating for up to 36 guests, perfect for a more intimate celebration. The venue provides sufficient parking space and is accessible for family members and guests that need to be accommodated.

The dedicated on-site wedding coordinator will take care of every detail of your wedding day from start to finish. Couples can have their wedding package customized to suit their specific requirements. They can bring their own vendors or select from a list of suggested vendors for DJs, officiants, photographers, and florists. Some of the venue’s event rentals and services provided include:

Accommodations

For overnight stays, couples can accommodate their guests in any of the 49 guest rooms available at the venue. Several rooms have private 2 person hot tubs on the terrace. Special wedding group rates are available and the venue will reserve a block of rooms for guests. The honeymoon couple may choose to stay in our quaint and very private Honeymoon Cottage, an original stone building featuring a fireplace, king bed, huge soaker tub, and private terrace with a hot tub.
