The Westin Bayshore went above and beyond and provided an amazing experience. From start to finish the entire wedding was flawless. I would highly recommend you use this hotel and their services for you wedding.

The whole wedding process and planning was made so much easier thanks to the staff at the Westin. They were so organized, very responsive, very accommodating and made our wedding a dream come true. We were so pleased through out the whole process and would recommend the Westin to anyone. The venue was GORGEOUS and the staff were amazing. The service during the reception was top notch. We chose to host our intimate wedding of 70 guests at the Westin Bayshore and we couldn't have picked a better venue. Joachim and Ayisha have been so great with guiding us through every step of the way and left no question unanswered. No matter what new ideas or changes we had throughout the planning, they continuously accommodated our wishes and more.
The wedding day was an absolute dream. We had originally planned for our ceremony to be outdoors on their west lawn, although due to light rain in the morning of they kindly offered to host it in their grand foyer which honestly turned out much better than our original plan outdoors. The high ceilings and large windows of the foyer created such a beautiful and romantic venue. Because it was such a last minute change of location, there must have been a lot of hustle & bustle behind the scenes but we did not catch any of it. We could tell they just wanted us to have the best day possible. We're very thankful.
The service and the food was EXCELLENT. We received so many compliments from our guests. We decided to do a plated dinner and their premium 4hr open bar package. No regrets, every penny spent was worth it.
We hosted our reception in the Marine room overlooking their garden, with floor to ceiling windows. It was perfect for our 70 guests. Another recommendation is their preferred decorator, Lucy of Key Events. She made the room look better than we ever imagined!

We had our wedding reception in the smaller upstairs ballroom at the Westin Bayshore for just under 100 people. We were attracted to the high quality of service we had experienced before even signing a contract and at other events at the same venue and by the Westin's central and beautiful location. Our event coordinator, Courtney, was amazing from the get-go at answering our millions of questions and adjusting the floor plan multiple times to make sure it was accurate. She also provided many of her own suggestions and truly had our best interests at heart. We had a plated dinner and the food was also amazing, from the appies to the delicious late night snack!

Service was great, but lots of details were missed, details from the signed contract!! Details like assuring us we would have a acrylic podium and putting out a wooden one with Westin logo that completely ruined the overall decor…. Would not host events here in future
