  Wonderful Wedding Experience

  My husband and I had our wedding at the hotel in September and we can't say enough wonderful things about our wedding and the venue coordinator, Jodi! From start to finish, she went above and beyond to ensure every detail of our special day was perfect. We had multiple phone calls where she patiently walked me through every decision, from finalizing the menu to coordinating the rehearsal dinner. Her expertise and creativity helped transform our vision into reality, offering fantastic ideas and suggestions we hadn’t even thought of.
  
  The entire team at the venue was also incredibly friendly and professional, making us feel truly supported every step of the way. It was clear that they genuinely cared about making our day seamless and memorable. Our guests were treated well, the room accommodations were as described and the food was delicious. Thank you Jodi so much for your dedication, hard work, and for being such a joy to work with! We couldn’t have done it without you!

  Amazing wedding venue

  The Yorkville Royal Sonesta is truly a hidden gem as a wedding venue. The venue is staffed by an amazing team that delivers at the highest standard with love and care.
  
  I want to call out Jodi Kalbfleisch specifically for being the most accommodating, detail oriented and genuine event manager one can ever hope for. She had been our rock throughout our wedding planning journey and was very involved throughout the entire process especially on our big day - our wedding could not had been so perfectly executed without her and you will most definitely feel the same if you have the honour to coordinate your event with her.
  
  The food at the hotel is absolutely gorgeous, the food choices are abundant and amazingly plated. The chefs are extremely flexible and were willing to accommodate changes of every detail that we felt were important to us.
  
  The venue itself brings so more charisma to an overly modernized Toronto landscape. It has stunning interior decor and renovation which makes our special day like a fairytale.
  
  The royal suite was such a treat. Admittedly we were feeling immense pressure prior to our big day but the moment you step in the suite, it has a natural calming and mood lifting effect that made us feel like royalties with unobstructed view of the CN Tower and downtown Toronto. You need to be there to experience the luxury of the suite to fully appreciate this statement!

  Felt like Royalty

  Highly highly recommend! Everything was top-notch, from the rooms to the food, to the surprise sparkling wine, my entire family enjoyed the hotel amenities. It was like staying in someones house! The staff was very friendly and helped me the entire process from booking til checkout. Everything was looked after. It was the small touches that really surprised me, like when they brought a bottle of sparkling wine with chocolate covered strawberries to our room or how they left a personalized, signed card for us. The room was absolutely gorgeous. I would stay here again, without a doubt, and would highly recommend it to anyone staying from out of town.

  Wedding acoomodation

  We recently got married at Hart House and stayed at the intercontinental Yorkville. We had outstanding service and Fabiana made our stay and the process so wonderful. She continued to provide accommodations along the way including special rate of Royal Suite and nice touch of strawberries and champagne. We would highly recommend staying here

  Great location and hotel for wedding weekend!

  I chose this hotel for my wedding guests and my husband and I for our wedding weekend and I’m so glad I did. The hotel feels very boutique even though it is an Intercontinental! The rooms are newly renovated, spacious and so comfortable with amazing views of the city. Fabiana and her team did such a great job of making us feel special all weekend. I highly recommend this hotel for any wedding or event you may be hosting! Perfect location and amazing price point for what they have to offer. Thank you Intercontinental Yorkville we will be returning very soon!

  Wedding Welcome Dinner - Excellent!

  We hosted our out of towner dinner at intercon Yorkville and found the team, service, food, and space to be excellent. We received many compliments from our guests and agree that it's a wonderful option for a wedding welcome/out of towner dinner. Special thanks to Fabiana for her assistance along the way!

  Best Day Ever!

  We booked the Royal Suite over the weekend for our wedding on Aug 17, 2019. The Suite came with a spectacular view across from the ROM and the UT Campus. The staff on site were very accommodating and allowed us to check in earlier than scheduled time. The room is newly renovated, modern designed, and very spacious compare to other hotels in Downtown Toronto! Throughout the stay the hotel provided exceptional services and nice add ons to make our special day even more special! The location is at the heart of Toronto, and it is very convenient to get to places! I would highly recommend the IC Yorkville to others.

We had a lovely dinner for about 40 of our guests on the Friday before the wedding, and used an executive suite as our get-ready-room. Fabiana and her team were outstanding and helped us make everything perfect. Food - great! Rooms - lovely! Convenience - perfect! Service - superlative! The hotel has a boutique feel and we would definitely use it again!

  Highly Recommended

  The Intercontinental Toronto Yorkville was very responsive and helpful throughout the entire wedding planning process. They even helped us book a last minute wedding brunch for 70 guests one week before our wedding. Several of our guests raved about the quality of the hotel as well.

  Guest Accommodations

  We used the Intercontinental as our hotel of choice for guests travelling to Toronto for our son's wedding. We had 27 rooms booked in our guaranteed block and everyone was extremely happy with their stay and the professional services provided. Their newly renovated rooms are beautiful! We also hosted a brunch in their Proof Bar and Sky Lounge and were extremely happy with this space! Our main contact with the hotel, Fabiana, looked after every detail to do with the wedding account and gave us very speedy and personalized service! We would highly recommend this hotel in Yorkville!
