Located in the industrial district of Railtown, 397 Alexander Street offers one of the few remaining converted warehouse spaces in Vancouver. This space retains all of its original charms with a vaulted ceiling showcasing exposed beams, industrial flipping steel windows, large skylights, and a concrete floor.

We work with event organizers and their vendors to provide and maintain an effective and functional rental in a central location with basic amenities provided. Our space comes completely empty, perfect for your wedding planner to fully customize your experience.

This facility has convenient street access, opening to a generous entry room with a large newly installed Bocci chandelier.

Around the corner from the space you can find ample parking on evenings and weekends.

We are able to host up to 200 guests.

Professional cleaning is required on a sliding scale, in addition to the booking fee.

Booking fees can range from $3,000.00 - $5,000.00 depending on the type of event you would like to book.
