We had our 50-guest wedding on June 22, 2024, and opted for the "Worry-Free" Wedding package, which truly lived up to its name! The ceremony took place on the 3rd floor and the reception on the main floor, perfectly matching our aesthetic and vision. Both spaces had undergone recent updates since our initial walkthrough in spring 2023, which only added to the charm of the venue and our special day.

Anna Tran and all the staff at LOQ were truly exceptional and went above and beyond to assist us throughout the day. Anna, in particular, was amazing and managed to bring our vision to life. Our family and friends are still raving about the delectable food, outstanding service, and the unique ambiance of the space.

We wholeheartedly recommend this venue. It deserves a rating of 100 out of 10!

We cannot say enough good things about Lodge on Queen and the team behind the worry-free wedding. They are not kidding when they call it that. Anna was readily available and so responsive from our first visit of the venue till the day of our wedding. She had an answer for everything and accommodated all of our requests. She was an absolute joy to work with. She coordinated everything beautifully and helped us get all the planning done so on our wedding day we had absolutely nothing to stress about.

Everything at our wedding was perfect- Chandra and Heidi made sure of it. They were everywhere, all the time. It was truly remarkable. They offered to put the tv on for the countdown to new years and found a birthday candle for a piece of cake for my sister. The whole team is so dedicated, not an empty glass sat on any table for more than a second before it was whisked away by a smiling and friendly member of the team. Our guests were blown away by the level of service. Alex, who was watching the door, also took Polaroids of our guests at our photo station and everyone knew him by the end of the night.

The venue itself is such a unique space and the moment we saw it we knew that would be the perfect space for the vibe we wanted. We had 60 guests, who were all family and close friends and it was really important to us that they meet each other and mingle, and not keep to the groups they came in as. This venue is the perfect space for this. Everyone who wanted to sit could, but many danced the night away. We had our New Years Eve ceremony on the top floor, then moved to the lower floor for the party. The food was absolutely incredible, every piece was delicious, and they were so kind to leave a platter of the food in our room for after the party because we were too excited to eat much throughout.

At the end of the night it was so nice to stay in the room at the venue and we couldn’t believe that the staff were there cleaning up into the early hours of the morning. When we woke up and came downstairs all of our decor was carefully packed up and set aside for us with the care we would have taken ourselves. Even copies of the speeches which had been left behind and we were worried might have been lost were tucked in with our guest book. We were truly blown away.

The lodge on queen was where we chose to host our wedding reception. The fun quirky feel was exactly what we were looking for and we knew our guests would love it too! We booked at the start of the pandemic and Anna and the Owners were efficient and empathic in helping us reschedule and accommodate the circumstances over 2.5 years! I’m so glad we waited. The night was incredible and our guests loved the space. Right in the downtown core, it was easily accessible and captured the rustic, vintage essence of Queen west while still ticking all the boxes for a quaint, personal, special event. Anna and her team had everything covered from the tacos to the drink bar and the natural décor of the space is stunning so we didn’t need to make too many adjustments to set up prior. It was a really easy place to host what is typically a stressful event. Thank you so much to you all for an unforgettable experience to celebrate our union!

We are sooooooooooooo happy we found this venue for our wedding! We wanted something cozy and charming and industrial chic in downtown Toronto for our reception, and the Lodge On Queen was all of that and more! As soon as we stepped into the venue for our tour, we immediately fell in love with the space: two floors of all the elements we were hoping for - exposed brick, vintage pieces, chandeliers, plenty of seating, and So. Many. cute Instagram-worthy nooks! We also love love LOVED working with Anna Tran, the amazing and superhuman venue coordinator for the Lodge. As a pandemic wedding couple, we were affected by all the closures and restrictions, and Anna was beyond amazing in staying flexible with our dates and the many, many pivots and changes we had to make in light of the constantly changing restrictions. We ended up splitting up our wedding, with our church ceremony one year and reception another year, and Anna was able to accommodate everything seamlessly! We went with their Worry-Free Wedding package, which was the absolute best value for couples who want all the bang without the stress. We got so many compliments on how unique and charming the Lodge was, and the food - the FOOD WAS AMAZING! We went with their pasta station and Jamaican station (to keep in line with our favourite food and our first vacation together), and everyone went back for seconds, and thirds - the shrimp was particularly popular! We had a grazing station all night, with all the yummy charcuteries, a super loaded dessert station and then a late night taco station that was the absolute perfect way to end the night! The staff was fantastic and so friendly! Honestly, it felt like one big fam jam and we got so many compliments on how much fun our guests had that night. We want to plan all our big events at the Lodge now! Anna - we're coming back every year for a party! haha

If you are looking for a unique Downtown Toronto wedding venue - this is the place! My Husband & I held our wedding reception at the Lodge on Queen and it was everything that we envisioned and more. Anna, the venue coordinator was a dream to work with. From the moment we met, we knew we could trust her with our vision. We always knew that we wanted a non-traditional wedding reception and bot did they deliver! The food was incredible, the drinks were plentiful and our guests are still raving about the uniqueness of the space. The Lodge on Queen is truly a hidden gem on Queen Street. I had an engagement party at The Lodge on Queen and Anna was my coordinator. She is amazing at what she does and extremely detail-orientated. You can tell that she has a passion for the industry. She asks all the necessary questions to make my experience with planning stress-free. She gave me lots of recommendations that wouldn't break the bank but still gave the 'wow' factor I was looking for. She was also very quick and responsive to any questions I had, which I appreciate. On the day of the event, she was prepared and the staff that helped were very professional. I had so many compliments on the venue being such a unique place to have our engagement party which fit out theme and our style perfectly. It has been a pleasure working with Anna and I highly recommend her if you are planning any special events in the near future!

My husband and I got married at the Lodge a few weeks ago and it was beyond our wildest dreams. From the first second we saw the space we new it was the perfect venue for us - such cool space with eclectic décor and an intimate feel. Anna was amazing - so responsive and helpful, and really made us feel taken care of. We had the chance to meet the owners Diane and Ron and hear some of their wild stories as adventuring gemologists. The food was incredible, the staff was fantastic, it was perfect. For anyone who wants a unique, vibrant space for an intimate wedding, this place is one in a million.

I had my wedding on April 22 at the Lodge on Queen. Starting with the venue itself, this upper floor venue has two floors available to you should you choose it. The decor and setting already comes decorated with a hip-Toronto style that reminds you of life downtown, but also makes you feel really cool just being in it. There is enough space for up to 100 guests, with spaces all over the venue to take a seat and mingle. Not one single nook is quite like the other, which adds to its originality & flair.
We opted for the strolling cocktail, allowing guests to go to various food stations to pick & choose what they want to eat. There is a sit-down option available as well. The food was immaculate - there is more than enough for everyone, and enough variety for even the pickiest of eaters. Plus everything was cooked to perfection!
Anna and her team did everything in their will possible to truly make this a worry-free wedding. All my crazy ideas and also the constant changing COVID protocols, Anna was able to accommodate and provide solutions. On the day of, her entire team made sure the wedding party was eating and that everything was running smoothly.
Though the venue, food, music and event was a night to remember and a wonderful experience, it was truly Anna and her team who took the spotlight of the evening. Thanks again Anna!

Amazing!! The space was as beautiful as expected and was the exact right vibe for the wedding we were looking for.
Anna and Shandra were on top of everything and made sure that all of our guests (and us!) had the best night and that everything went as planned.
