When she's not working, Sophie is most often found with her husband and young son playing outdoors. Whether she's cross-country skiing or snowboarding in the winter months or hiking, fishing, and canoeing during the summer, Sophie is always finding inspiration in the mountains.

With a background in hospitality management and 10 years experience working onboard private yachts, her passion for meeting people and creative flair is the perfect recipe for managing the venue spaces at Rocky Mountain Wedding Collective.

My partner and I reside in Banff, with our pup Casey, and spend most of our spare time camping, hiking, and skiing. Hailing from Ontario, and always up for an adventure, I now know I was destined for the Rocky Mountains.

My passion has always been people-focused. With over 10 years in the hospitality & events industry, I was very much attracted to engaging with people, understanding their needs and looking to go above and beyond to fulfill them.

Building and maintaining relationships is what drives my purpose. I can’t wait to connect with you, and help you plan your dream one-of-a-kind wedding or intimate elopement in Banff, Canmore or surrounding areas.

Lindsay Copeland is a leader in the Bow Valley wedding industry, and exudes an unparalleled passion for entrepreneurship. She retired from practicing Optometry in May of 2021 to invest her energy to her growing business.

With a work ethic that just doesn't stop, Lindsay has collected a team of wedding professionals that are serving couples from all the world.
