If you’re seeking ambiance for your wedding then look no farther than The Old Barn On Ann Street in historic Shelburne, Nova Scotia. With the peaceful Shelburne harbour within view there are several scenic places for impactful photographs. Originally constructed in the 1700’s and used as a sail loft until it was used to house cattle at the turn of the 20th century. The history of Shelburne is literally written all over the walls of the barn! When people first walk into the barn it always creates chatter but when they walk upstairs to the loft there are always audible gasps of, “What a perfect place for a wedding!” We agree.
Due to the rustic nature of the barn this is a May to October venue. It is not wheelchair accessible.
