Breathtaking Views

We did not hesitate to book this venue after seeing the amazing view of the harbour from the ceremony and reception spaces. Having everything for the event in one space was ideal, plus there was free parking for our guests - and plenty of it!

The staff went above and beyond to make sure our day was flawless. They promptly answered our emails and were there to make sure everything went as planned the day of.

We opted for a late ceremony and had appetizers at the reception. They served mini fish and chips, spring rolls, mini pad thai etc. We have only heard rave reviews from our guests! To top it all off, we had a donair station as our late snack during the evening.

The museum is just moments away from Point Pleasant Park which makes a wonderful spot for photos. Would highly recommend this venue to anyone who is planning on a waterfront wedding!

So professional, so accommodating.

So professional, so accommodating. I can't tell you the number of times I emailed our coordinator Jen with questions that she answered clearly, and tiny details that she took care of with no issue. We even had to shuffle table numbers / meals due to two unexpected guests just minutes before dinner, and they handled it swiftly with zero stress felt by me or my husband :). The space is beautiful!! Having the bar in the Chrysler Pavillion worked wonderfully and it is not feel seperated from the main Hall.
The only negative as that there was a cruise ship blocking the beautiful harbour view until almost 10pm. They had indicated when we booked the venue that the cruise ships left at 4pm latest. However, in the grand scheme, this was not a big deal and the view is lovely at night as well.

Amazing Venue

Pier 21 was such a great venue to have our wedding! The big windows viewing the water and the structure of the building is simply beautiful and you barely need any more décor! They were great to work with and always getting back to my many emails promptly. I would highly recommend this venue. And a perk is that its such a great location!

Great venue

Can’t say enough good things. The location is beautiful, with great harbour views. Minimal decor was needed to make it perfect. The team is so flexible and accommodating. Also nice to have an accessible venue, which was able to provide a wheelchair for a relative who needed one. We rented Rose Hall and the Pavillion, and having both was so nice, it made it easy for guests to have a quiet place to go talk during music.

Beautiful location and supportive staff

We had a lovely ceremony and reception at Pier 21. Rafah was easy to communicate with and was kind enough to meet with us on a few occasions to answer our questions. The space was the perfect size and had exactly the right atmosphere for what we were looking for!
