Facilities and Capacity

The property comprises three and a half acres of green space, Cottonwood Mansion, and a large gazebo that affords picturesque views of the surrounding countryside. The venue offers a choice of five unique indoor and outdoor event spaces for your intimate wedding ceremony and reception. The stunning music room can accommodate up to 40 guests and features a floor-to-ceiling bay window that looks out onto the gardens. The exquisitely furnished dining room adjoins a working kitchen and can seat up to 30 guests. The second-floor wedding suite has a full-body mirror and enables you to make your entrance by walking down the magnificent spiral staircase. The mansion grounds and gazebo are available if you prefer an outdoor celebration and require more space. You are welcome to set up an event tent, and your rental includes the use of three outdoor washroom spaces, one of which is fully accessible.

Services Offered

Cottonwood Mansion offers a choice of ceremony-only, reception-only, and ceremony reception packages. You are welcome to add a mansion tour to your package. The museum manager will manage your booking and will be onsite for the duration of your wedding celebration. Cottonwood Mansion has a policy of only hosting one wedding per weekend, so our couples get ample focus, time, and accommodation. We also have a variety of equipment included with each package and available as upgrades including tables, chairs, linens, and food service equipment.
