Facilities and capacity

The private estate of David Springer is a seasonal indoor/outdoor venue that is open from June to the end of September. The property includes full use of the mansion and Estate lot. Your wedding party can take advantage of the hair and make-up parlor, bridal lounge, and gentlemen’s lounge. Doors will open for your wedding party as early as 9 am. Your day will start with sipping mimosa in the parlor, followed by a light lunch in the main house and a photo studio on the main floor of the home.

The property offers 3 ceremony spaces: The Orchard, Trios Arber, and The Barn. Receptions are held on the backside of the estate home, where your guests can dance in an indoor/outdoor setting. The property comes equipped with lawn games and a relaxing fire pit under the stars.

The facility can accommodate 75 to 110 guests.
