Facilities and capacity
Ceremonies can be held on the outdoor patio, which features a beautiful gazebo that can accommodate up to 200 guests. A reception can follow in either of the venue’s two ballrooms. The charming Albion Room can host large receptions for up to 250 guests. The View Room, with a more intimate setting, can accommodate up to 130 guests.

Beautiful venue!
We had our wedding there last September. The first person of contact who was in charge of us was a bit of a let down, however, once reported to management we got Hayden instead and things got so much better from there on!
Looking back at our big day, it couldnt have been any better, we are very satisfied with the overall service. Plus, the location is so beautiful, we got the most amazing pictures on the golf course!

Welcoming and Accommodating
When we first started planning our wedding we had the help of Jaymie! She was extremely helpful in answering all of our questions and concerns, and made sure no details were left unnoticed. When we were passed onto Hayden, another one of their amazing coordinators I was more than happy. Our day went so smoothly with the cooperation of the venue, the speed of the staff during reception, and the overall set up was so much more than I could ask for. My day went spectacular and the food was to die for. I would highly recommend glen eagle if you're looking for a beautiful, yet simple venue for your wedding.

Amazing Engagement Party - June 16, 2019
We hosted our sons engagement party in The View Room on Sunday June 16th, 2019. From the day of booking back in December to the day of the Event, Krysta and the the Glen Eagle team were always attentive, informative and Professional.
The setting was beautiful, our guests were Golf Carted up to our Room. Everything was set up and ready to go upon arrival. The Staff were amazingly friendly, especially working on father's day :)
We opted for a Buffet which included the Full Hot Breakfasts, 2 Salads of our Choice, an Antipasto section and Canneloni....everything was set up on time, hot and delicious. Our guests went up for more than one helping. We opted for the spiked punch and were pleasantly surprised to see that we were provided with both a Spiked and Vigrin punch bowl. Our servers were courteous to our guests, always ensuring that the buffet and punch sections were never empty. They did not rush our guests to collect plates but were somehow always managed to have the tables cleared ::)
We brought our own decorations, desserts and candy bar and they even assisted with the take down and clean up of those sections.
My father was an avid golfer who passed away several years ago, we were allowed to bring his putter and gear so that our guests to drop a few puts in his memory.
I would definitely host another event at Glen Eagle and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great venue.

Highly Recommend!
We hosted our wedding at Glen Eagle Golf Club October 2018 and we would highly recommend this venue to family and friends! Great food was a high priority for us and they did not disappoint. Our meal was absolutely phenomenal, we were able to customize our menu and bar to suit our needs and a variety of dietary restrictions. There were a ton of options, it was all cooked to perfection with super fresh ingredients. Many compliments to the chef!
From start to finish the wedding planning process was so simple and effortless. Glen Eagle is the complete package. We wanted a rustic but classic venue and they delivered (the stone fireplace in the Albion room got me!). We primarily communicated with Jaymie, who was attentive and helpful, answering any questions and a huge support. We finalized our details and had our tasting with Brad, I can confidently say communication between the two of them was clear and they both ensured our day went off without a hitch.
The serving staff was professional and attentive, everyone who worked the night of our wedding was very helpful and accommodating. Glen Eagle staff was a huge help with set-up, bringing my vision to life and worked well with outside vendors. We had a point of contact on site up until the end of the night including clean-up.
Our photos turned out beautifully thanks to the meticulously maintained grounds. Our guests raved about cocktail hour, the variety and quality of of hors d'oeuvres and the overall atmosphere. Glen Eagle is a hidden gem, I would definitely consider them for future events.

Our Wedding venue. Glen Eagle Golf Course.
We found that this venue had the best quality for the price! They worked with us regarding having a vegetarian option for our dinner as, about quite a large number of our guests were vegetarians. They served scrumptious finger foods in the cocktail hour, and bent over backward s to accommodate our decoration and vendor needs.

Super affordable and flexible with requests . Prompt with follow up emails. Flexible with visits to the locations and decorations wanting to be used , literally will do everything they can to make your wedding a reality :)

Absolutely Amazing
Where do I even begin? Jaymie was excellent. She was always responsive answering my questions throughout the year, flexible to my needs and made me feel like I was in good hands the day of. She stayed the whole night to make sure things went well and was helpful even with set up. I'm so grateful. Brad helped when Jaymie was away. The venue was absolutely gorgeous with the light coming in unlike a stuffy banquet hall, worked perfectly with our rustic theme/vintage theme. Trevor the chef did a great job with the food and accommodating the diets. Everyone complimented the food and the venue. It was reasonably priced and actually had two options for entrees unlike a lot of other places that tend to jack up the price. Please book with Glen eagle. The staff is wonderful, the food is great and the scenery lovely.
