The spacious and private facility provided is available to host events of all sizes and styles, whether it is an intimate ceremony or a grand reception. Couples and their guests have access to the entire building, the Lounge, Courtyard, Ballroom, Coffee Bar, and the outdoor grounds for their celebrations. The bride and bridesmaids can get ready in the spacious bridal suite. The groom and groomsmen also have their own suite to relax in prior to guest arrival. The balcony is the ideal place for a photo shoot that perfectly encapsulates your love. The venue has the capacity for 200 guests for seated receptions and 500 for cocktail receptions.

The on-site Event Planners at Hacienda Sarria will assist couples throughout the planning process. They are a full service venue and will take care of every detail to ensure a perfect wedding. The services they offer include set up & clean up, bridal suite, in-house culinary team, full beverage service, in-house Event Planner etc.

The in-house culinary team provides delicious cuisine for your event. Couples have the option to choose from various wedding menus or can customize their own menu according to their tastes and style. You can also design a custom late night food station with popular choices like a slider station, mac and cheese station, poutine station, or taco station. Bar packages include premium liquors, extended bar access, or specialty coffee services. Signature cocktails can be created for guests.
