Highly Recommend

We booked Harding Waterfront Estate as a wedding venue before we even toured it because we live out of the country. We were nervous about our decision, but after touring/talking to the staff we knew we made the right decision. Everything about Harding Waterfront Estate is perfect. The venue, staff, and food were all amazing. Every guest was blown away by the venue and raved about the food. We had the pleasure of working with Joan. She was very professional but also so kind. Joan and her team were available anytime we had a question that needed addressed. We loved having our wedding here!

Easy Breezy!

Harding was so easy to work with. First, The venue itself is beautiful. We didn't even need outdoor decor because of the beautiful florals and greenery already there. The glass pavilion was fantastic for the reception as it was airconditioned on our hot August 25th date. The furniture that was supplied for basic ceremony, cocktail hour and reception was fantastic - you really don't need to upgrade what they already provide.
Second, our day of coordinator, Chyanne was amazing! She helped us stay organized and on top of any detail that we did or didn't think of. We had a few meetings with her and she was always accessible by email to go over any details. It was...

She really made the day go by without a hitch. She also was so patient with us and our running behind. And she was wonderful to work with our vendors.
Third, the food and alcohol was wonderful, I was so glad we chose the food stations and premium bar because the variety was fantastic. Harding has their own catering which meant one less vendor to outsource. Everyone commended us on how good the food was (the 416 station, spud bar and pizza station were my favourites! SOOOO good) and how wonderful the bartender was (she had several requests for "something with [insert booze of choice]" and the guests loved it).
We couldn't have asked for a better experience!
We were able to enjoy our day with little to no stress thanks to Chyanne and the Harding Waterfront Team!!! Couldn't recommend them enough!

The perfect venue!

My husband and I wanted to extend our heartfelt thanks to Joan, Joceila and their incredible staff for making our wedding day so wonderful! The venue itself was breathtaking—well-maintained and beautifully designed. The ambiance created a magical atmosphere, making it the perfect setting for our special day. We got some incredible photos thanks to the stunning venue and (since we did everything on site), it made for a much calmer day with no need for worrying about transportation

The food was absolutely incredible, even better than our tasting. Our guests haven't stopped raving about how delicious everything was! The caring staff, beautifully presented dishes, and exquisite flavors made for an unforgettable dining experience. I highly recommend the Mushroom...

I highly recommend the Mushroom & Cheese Agnolotti - every guest (even those who aren't huge fans of mushrooms) loved it! I have not stopped thinking about it since!

The staff were lovely and attentive, ensuring every detail was taken care of seamlessly. We greatly appreciated how their team carefully packed up food for us and helped ensure we didn't forget any important mementos. Their thoughtfulness and care did not go unnoticed. When we went back to pick up a few forgotten items a week after our wedding, staff we met on the day remembered us by name! It is rare to be met with such genuine care!

Our guests repeatedly mentioned how welcomed they felt, and we attribute that warm, inviting atmosphere to the exceptional staff at Harding. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure our day was perfect, and it truly was. Our family and friends felt the love and care from their team, making the celebration even more special. This was in small ways like making sure guests needs were attended to, and other ways like check-ins and genuine complements.

We are forever grateful to Joan and the team for making our day so special. We will certainly keep our eyes open for more opportunities to celebrate at Harding! The entire experience exceeded our expectations, and we couldn't be happier.

Hidden Gem on the Lake

Mariah and the team at Harding were fantastic for our wedding! They made the wedding planning process enjoyable and easy to tackle. There were multiple consultations to make sure scheduling was accurate and our vision came to life. Mariah was always quick with detailed responses to our questions. On the day, everything was taken care of and coordinated perfectly and we didn’t have to worry about anything. The food was delicious and portioned generously. Outstanding

This was the perfect venue for our wedding. Everything ran absolutely seamlessly on the big day and we could not have been happier with our choice of venue. Lina (our coordinator) and all the staff were outstanding.

Dream wedding venue!

We were blown away with Harding Waterfront Estate and the exceptional quality that they provided! We had a shorter 9 month engagement, and we were lucky enough to secure a spot at the venue. The team was in constant communication with us, and would answer any questions we had (and we had a lot) timely. They also worked very well with our Day Of/Month of Coordinator and helped ensure everything ran smoothly.

The venue is absolutely stunning and the service was impeccable. We continue to get compliments on our food and the great customer service – staff even poured Gingerale in champagne glasses for our pregnant guests so they wouldn’t feel left out during the champage toasts.

As our wedding was in mid-October, the only drawback was that it was cold and the tent’s heating was a bit temperamental during the reception. The kitchen is outside the tent so one of the side doors were constantly open for the services. The front of the tent was hotter than the back, and sometimes it would be really hot, while other times really cold. However, we would address these concerns with the team and they would adjust the temperature as needed.

Overall, we had an incredible night and our guests continue to tell us how stunning the venue was. Thank you to the Harding team for making our dream wedding possible.

The best wedding venue - one stop shop!

Harding is the most stunning venue ever! I could not have been luckier to find the venue because between the coordinator, natural beauty, amazing food, and history it was absolutely perfect! Everyone there are such professionals and ensured all my questions were answered and the communication never stopped for a second! Jocilea is literally the most amazing person I have never met and I was so grateful she was there to support us through the whole process. She was so kind, understanding, and flexible! All my guests raved about the food and venue so I feel so lucky to have had my big day there.

Dream Garden Wedding by the Lake

Harding Waterfront Estate (HWE) was the perfect wedding venue. Mariah, their event coordinator, made sure that we had the wedding of our dreams. HWE has a beautiful white historic manor, nestled in a beautiful garden that is bordered by lake Ontario. The venue was incredibly elegant and the staff more than accomodating. Our ceremony was hosted against the backdrop of a little inlet in front of the lake, while our reception was held in a beautiful airy glass tent. The food, which was also catered by HWE, was aboslutely delicious. We went for the stations option which provided us with paella, asian street food, a seafood seascape and so much more. The parking lot, with ample space, was also...

HWE and their team helped curate an absolutely beautiful wedding. HWE is perfect if you want a venue that will help take care of important details and provide a romantic setting to your wedding.

If you are looking to have the wedding of your dreams, I highly recommend booking Harding Waterfront Estate. Everything from the location, to the food and drinks, to the staff and the service, exceeded all expectations and I couldn’t be happier that we chose Harding for our wedding this summer.

We had many guests tell us that it was the best wedding they had ever been to, and many mentioned the gorgeous lakefront setting and five-star service as contributors. The set-up makes for a perfect flow to the evening, with plenty of space for guests to meander around the beautiful gardens and greenery (and you have the entire site to yourself). The tent is stunning and looks so classy when done up, even with minimal decorations like I had. The food was delicious, as were our signature cocktails, a classic lime margarita. Favorites were the Piri Piri Chicken, Vegan Wellington, Eggplant Parm and the Poutine late night meal (came with a full spread of toppings!). Jocilea was an excellent day-of coordinator who was incredibly patient and responsive with us in the lead-up to the event. Guests told us stories that the moment they finished their drink, someone had already noticed and radioed the bar for a new drink before they put it down, and special desserts were provided to guests with dietary restrictions without us even having to ask. There is also free parking on-site and nearby hotels who will provide free shuttles…little things that made the day run smoothly.

I’m still a bit puzzled why this venue isn’t more well-known in the GTA wedding community, but for anyone considering it, I would highly recommend booking!
